Went at 9:40pm (20min before closing) on Halloween night. Expected bad customer service because that's what I'm used to these... days but everything was great except for the curly fries. Most of the food was hot. 4stars bc the curly fries weren't hot orcrispy and weren't filled on the large orders. Family of 5 order. Will go back though. I'll just ask for fresh curly fries. Read more
My food was cold, ham and cheese very cold, fries like little rocks. Almost 13.00 to throw in the trash. I called and the... manager said she would add my name to the board and I can come anytime for a redo...there was nobody in the store when I wasthere and 3 employees. My husband and I drove thru on are way home. My husband got a crispy chicken sandwich and fries. I had chicken strips and tried... a peaches and cream pie. Everything was hot and fresh. I have always loved Hardee's chicken. My husband really enjoyed his aswell. The only thing that needs improvement was the peaches and cream pie I didn't taste a bit of peach. I ordered the 4 for six times 2. Hot ham and cheese and they were ice cold like they just took the hammer out of the freezer.
Came all the way from Champaign to visit my sick mother. Ordered a Frisco meal ($14) then went to visit my mother. Took 1 bite... from the burger....it was nasty and meat was raw. Came back after my visit to get a refund and the "manager" refused. Stay awayfrom this place unless you want to get food poisoning!!! 0 stars!!! Read more
What a great Hardee's,best one I ever been to! I accompanied a handicapped and older person To this restaurant and when we... arrived the Manager rushed and opened the door for us and made sure we found comfortable seats. We ordered hamburgers and friesand I had a special request for the fries no salt on them. The manager with a smile on his face made a special order for us andthey were delicious. When traveling I will always make a stop at this Hardee's. Read more
The manager Mike was attentive to his restaurant even visiting our table to assure we had and was satisfied with everything we... ordered. I got the Western burger my onion rings were super old it was quite obvious other than that it was amazing
