Wow! Where do I start? Coming back from a long trip to Southern Illinois my brother and I decided to stop for a fresh made... samich.. The two young ladies working behind the counter were extremely cheerful and full of great energy! For it being a Monday(Memorial Day) you would expect to find grumpy employees? Not these two! Samiches were made exactly to order and when I askedfor extra mayo on mine (love extra mayo!!) Madisyn cheerfully obliged! Didn?t hesitate or miss a single beat! One of the bestSubway samiches I?ve had in a while.. The restaurant was very well kept and right off of 57, can?t beat it! We were the only customers in the store but a sandwich was being made by the two ladies. We stood there waiting, with NO... greeting! Finally she said we could order when we were ready. The food was good, we order the same thing in every state. Thewhole store looked like it needed cleaning. With Covid and flu active, it should be a priority. Read more
The food was good but the management and customer service and people skills by the staff was horrible and they have signs put up... everywhere saying no extra refills and if you wear a mask away from your table you'll be asked to leave and it was just horribleit was like something out of a bad late night movie on late night TV would not recommend this place ever horrible I am actuallygoing to contact the regional manager of Subway about this place file a formal regional complaint stay away from here Read more
A great place to eat fresh. The experience was punctuated by friendly folks making fresh, tasty Subway sandwiches. Built to... order, just how I like it. Stopped for lunch the other day ans Madisyn...I think was name on her hat...red head was great. Was ahead of the game on... everything and actually spoke clearly and was concerned the things were clean and taken care of. There was a brunette workingwith her...Courtney may have been her name...she was great too. Normally when we go to the Paxton Subway the serviceis...ehh...but not on Saturday at 11:00. Have those girls train the rest of thr employees! Read more
