October 20th, 2022 at about 9:10 a.m. I went into the dining room at this establishment, it was my 1st time here & my experience... was awful. The woman at the counter asked me what I wanted & I asked her to please wait a minute, my friend did not know whatshe wanted then decided she disappeared want anything & she went back outside. As I'm putting my order in, I just wanted todouble confirm that they weren't going to put cream into my tea because it's happened before & I cannot have cream. She snappedat me me & said ma'am if you want almond milk you're going to get almond milk. She wass very impatient & very snappy from thebeginning, I couldn't even get my order in. Like I said I wanted to be sure it was correct Because even though a slip sayswhat it says sometimes the item is wrong and I don't have time to have to taste it get sick to my stomach & have to comeback. good service overall was fast, workers were polite, nice atmosphere.
Ladies on the weekday mornings are great but without them it?s a 50/50 chance your order is right. Weekends it?s 100% wrong.
