Prices keep going up. They charged $7 something for a medium hot chocolate and a sausage wake up wrap. That's rediculous

October 20th, 2022 at about 9:10 a.m. I went into the dining room at this establishment, it was my 1st time here & my experience... was awful. The woman at the counter asked me what I wanted & I asked her to please wait a minute, my friend did not know whatshe wanted then decided she disappeared want anything & she went back outside. As I'm putting my order in, I just wanted todouble confirm that they weren't going to put cream into my tea because it's happened before & I cannot have cream. She snappedat me me & said ma'am if you want almond milk you're going to get almond milk. She wass very impatient & very snappy from thebeginning, I couldn't even get my order in. Like I said I wanted to be sure it was correct Because even though a slip sayswhat it says sometimes the item is wrong and I don't have time to have to taste it get sick to my stomach & have to comeback. If I could give 0 stars I would but you're not allowed to of you want to leave a review!! Read more

Ladies on the weekday mornings are great but without them it?s a 50/50 chance your order is right. Weekends it?s 100% wrong.

Friendly staff, hot coffee. Hot tea was on the cool side. Nice Dunkin's stop.

Drive through window left items off the order. Went inside to bring this to the Manager's attention, but got only a mean glare... - the gruff manager on 5/8 never even opened her mouth to offer an apology nor even acknowledge the error - after a few minutesanother employee finally checked my order and got the missing items. I don't visit this Dunkin' too often, because I'm not usually out in the Paxton area...but have been a handful of times & most... recently within the past week on my way to Worcester. I went inside to order & I couldn't believe how terribly slow the servicewas that day! They were definitely not short staffed either. If they had been, I'd have been a lot more understanding. It was aweekday morning, and they had about 5/6 employees on shift behind the counter, all but one on the drive thru. Just because youhave customers in drive thru shouldn't mean that you don't also need to assist those waiting inside of your shop! I watched asmany female employees ran around helping with drive thru, and only one young man was up at the front counter helping customers.This made for a very long wait, despite it not being super busy inside. They should've had at least two staff on counter servingpeople in my opinion! It's unnecessary for an entire group of staff to assist drive thru. The customer ahead of my fiance & Iwas purchasing several Dunkin' gift cards & because they don't come prepared until staff add a dollar amount, we had to wait forquite awhile as they added benefits to each gift card one at a time. The man was clearly buying well over a dozen, maybe forco-workers or something? Either way, I noticed that drive thru only had a few cars in line, so there was really no reason why atleast one other employee couldn't have come over to help out in the front. Finally when it was our turn, we placed our order,very short & simple. One croissant stuffer, one donut & again stood there waiting for a very long time! Eventually they handedus a bag with the croissant stuffer, when I had to remind them that we had also ordered a donut we were still waiting for thatthey apparently forgot! They are so slow & it's really inexcusable when you have more than enough people on shift. Stop puttingall your team on drive thru & help more customers inside of your store please!
