If you are considering going here, I would HIGHLY recommend going to a different Subway! Every time we go here the employees are... rude, making jokes to each other and rolling their eyes at customers...they also are inconsistent about substitutions, and whenI said it had been done before, the employee said "whatever!" We are taking our business elsewhere and I will tell my friendsand family to do the same. Read more
I would give 5 because almost all their employees are so great! But there is one lady who takes it personally when you say extra... pickles. She will place 4 pickles on that sandwich and avoid eye contact. Read more
Visited last night and was in line behind an older couple. The male half, whose face seemed to be permanently frozen in a scowl,... was far from polite with the staff. However, the staff, particularly one named Marissa, remained extremely polite, kind andpatient. Kudos to the Paynesville Subway team. Read more
