Stopped by for our normal whopper on the way home and overheard a very touching dose of humanity on the drive through. An older... man was trying to find a healthy option that wouldn't be too costly and was having trouble. The young man working the drivethrough took the time to listen to him and help him find the best option and then kindly applied a coupon to help with the cost. This store is horrible, no extra guacamole or sauce on the southwest whopper, I watched the one that was marked go out the drive... through. Half old fries, half fresh. Also to the store manager, stop closing early, we get you have no employees same aseverywhere else. Your store is the only fast food place that does this... Read more
The restaurant and bathroom were spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly and upbeat, and the food was hot, fresh, and... delicious! My husband took forever deciding what to order (lol) and they were so sweet and patient. Then he forgot to say nomayo after the order was placed and they still made sure to modify the order and everything came out right. Our food was sotasty too! The whole team seems top-notch and our experience far exceeded expectations! Read more
Took at least 15 minutes to get our order with only three customers in front of us. When our did arrive, order was wrong. ... Although they did correct the error fairly quickly. I think the worst part was that the ketchup dispenser was out of order. Sothey had ketchup packets in a smal container on the front counter, which was also filled with some kind of mystery liquid.
