It would be better if it were fully staffed and the dining room was open. There wasn't even a sign on the door last time I... went. I watched someone walk up to the door, find it was locked and leave; they probably assumed that the store was entirelyclosed. The parking lot is cramped. Closing at 2pm is ridiculous. Read more
The staff are all super helpful and always seem to be in really great moods. They have my sons favorite doughnut (strawberry... with sprinkles) and i myself love a good iced coffee with carmel from here. My husband even gets a drink from here and thatssaying something cause he can be picky. The app is wonderful on a busy morning. ???? 10/10 dunkin. You rock! Read more
They claim they have Dine in, but when I was there, it was closed. Had to use the drive through. Wanted a hot Mochiatto, but... their steam machine was down. Donuts didn't taste like they were fresh or anything. Tasted like they were frozen and thenheated up or something. The sandwich I ordered, yeah, it was rubbery. Not sure if Dunkin has lost it's appeal and style, butthis place makes it seem as if they are not even trying. Read more

Third time. In a row my order was not correct. Vanilla iced coffee does not have chocolate in it. I ordered and corrected the... number of donuts ordered at the order box. Orderd 2 donuts and they tried to charge me for 6. You have to ask for napkins andwhen they are put in your bag they are waded up as if they have been used. Lobby closed due to lack of staff. Drive thru only. Ordered 1/2 dozen donuts...they got it all wrong. We were already out of... town and had to turn around. Had to stand in drive thru lane to return and get the roght order. How hard is 6 donuts all yhesame. Staff was put out because we returned to get what we ordered. Read more
