Absolutely horrible customer service. They would rather argue with their customers than admit they got your order wrong, even... when you have the receipt that states what you ordered. The general manager Jeremy Hammer is the absolute worst customer servicerepresentative that I have ever met. He argued with me for 10 minutes, talking over me whenever I tried to speak, and he refusedto listen to anything I was trying to say. He then hung up on me after I got frustrated because he would not listen to anythingI was saying. Covid really was a blow to Pizza hut. Because of staffing they had alot of problems. But I continued to go. I think they are... making a recovery and think that now is a good time to make a visit and have a sit down lunch or dinner. Read more
We were pleasantly surprised with our bill at this place! There was a special for 10 bucks for a large pizza and our bill was... one third of our normal bill for eating out! Visited with my 4 yo son, ordered large cheese pizza. Waited 25 minutes. Cost $10.59. Taste was fairly good. We were allowed to... dine in. Workers wore masks and so did we. Half of dining area is not available. Workers were cheerful and helpful. They gave usplates and napkins. Read more
