Very disappointed of this Starbucks! They didn't make my coffee the way I want,and they asked me if I want to pay for extra... espresso shot but it wasn't my fault that they didn't make it right, I already paid almost 7 bucks for it! The biggest Starbucks I?ve ever been in yet! The big lobby is so nice with big windows looking out onto the street. The staff is... so friendly and always greet you with a smile. They are fast and efficient at their jobs but also make the best drinks!! Thereare 2 stalls in the ladies room which is different but very awesome! Read more
Very impressed with this starbucks! I've been to more starbucks all over the US than most others (traveling 18 years Cross... country.) People at this Starbucks are very friendly and well trained. Always greated with a smile. Drinks are made well atthis location, and come out in a timely manner. Store is clean and spacious and the design of this store rocks! Seriously,great job. Ps. Bonus that they have a separate men's and women's bathroom, and not afraid of the PC police. Read more

This is an especially spacious Starbucks, with a very pleasant atmosphere.
Payson's first standalone Starbucks! Be patient, they're learning (a few drinks have been made wrong but they are friendly and... make up for it right away). This is definitely going to be your best road trip stop with its offerings of full gold cardprivileges (unlike in-store locations) and my personal favorite, Nitro Cold Brew!
