Don?t order from here. I ordered for my kids, and what was supposed to take 35 mins took nearly two hours to get here. I watched... their online tracker. After my food had been ?quality checked? for nearly one hour, I called the store to see if they justdidn?t have drivers and needed me to pick it up myself. It took ten minutes for someone to answer the phone. When they finallydid, they said they?d check on my order and be right back. After waiting five minutes they came back and said it was already outwith a driver, and should be at my house any minute. I watched the tracker, it didn?t really leave for nearly ten more minutes,then it took over twenty more to get here. When they finally got here, they didn?t bring the drink or dipping sauce we paid for.Worst of all, our food was all cold. The whole experience was a complete joke. I?d give zero stars, if I could. I've ordered here many, many times. Almost always is a great, hot, well made pizza. Hard to beat their promotions on price for... the quality of pizza you get. 10x rather have a 5.99 pizza from here than a "Hot n Ready Pizza" or what they call a"pizza." Only had one bad experience and they took care of it promptly. (Took almost two hours to have pizzas delivered. Theywere obviously cold by then, but they started out so burnt that they were pretty much inedible.) Read more
Online app was nice to use, and the coupons helped save a ton! Employees were nice and the pizza was delicious, and made fast!
They have been the most consistently good pizza place I?ve ever used. If they will be even a little late, they will call. I?m so... pleased I randomly felt the need to leave a review for a fast food joint. Good job. Edit. Every experience after leaving thegood review has been bad. From hairs to smashed pizzas to finally a very burnt one. I was not at all happy with how the issuewas settled as I will no longer order from them and would prefer money back for inedible pizza. It?s one of the only late night places in Payson. It?s generally clean. They struggle a bit on weekends when they get busy. ... This last time we ordered online and when we got to the store our pizza status said ?quality check?. I watched a pizza comeout and the worker struggled to get it out as it was burnt on one side and stuck to the rack. The guy cut off a whole sectionof crust and I thought they would give the people a free pie or side or something. I got distracted by my wife and didn?tnotice that was our pizza. If we could give 0 stars we would. Received pizzas and they were burnt along with the garlic bites. (As shown below) my mom... called and the manager told her that "looks can be deceiving". He even hung up on her. Super jerk and would not do anything forher. She called the Spanish fork location and the general manager was more then nice to help her. This should not be the caseand I hope the manager gets fired. Read more
Ordered 4 pizzas and a 2 liter drink scheduled to deliver at 5:45pm. Gave address 3 times over the phone. Received a call at... 5:30 to ask for the address as it was incomplete in the computer. Gave address again. At 7:11 I received a call that thedriver was having trouble finding the address on main street. Main street. I had to cancel at this point as we were in themiddle of a play. Hence the reason I scheduled delivery for 5:45pm so we would have time to eat beforehand. I am not sure howhard it is to find an address on main street but even so delivering over an hour beyond when scheduled was also a huge failure. Read more
