Ive been here twice. Different time of day. Once around 2pm another around 8pm. Dogs are okay, Icecream is fine. Staff are nice... but both times seemed a little clueless. I hate leaving a bad review but I have not enjoyed either experience. The food is notworth the cost. Read more
Farr better to go somewhere else. The staff would not honor the prices posted on the drive-thru sign. Looking through other... people's reviews I see someone else had the same problem 4 moths ago. We asked for the manager who explained that he wasn't ableto charge the posted price (this place is run by teenagers with no real authority) and that prices had risen due to inflationand it was too expensive to change the sign. I get inflation, and I'm happy to pay more if that's what's advertised, but let thecustomer know up front. Don't "lie" and surprise them with a new total after they have already paid. They have a "Tip" cupposted at the drive-thru window, so here's your tip...sharpies are cheap. Looking through other people's reviews I see someoneelse had the same problem 4 months ago that we had today and many others have had very similar experiences with clueless staffand steep price increases. Ours was not a one off problem. I guess this business doesn't really care about their customer'sexperience. We ended up at Handel's in Spanish Fork instead. The food is amazing. Usually there is a bit of a wait though. I took off a star because their new hours aren't posted and they... were closed during lunch time. We also noticed that their hours don't go by what's posted. It says they close at 10 but theyclosed down their drive thru at 9:45. Other than that, we actually love Farr's. Great ice cream and a cool place to spend a few minutes with the family.
This was a yummy place. We each got different style hot dogs and all of them were delicious. The sherbet flavors were yummy too.
