Absolutely the worst service. While I was waiting to pick my pizza up the were people in line waiting to make an order that... left due to the cashier walking past 7 or 8 times and not even acknowledging them. I asked if my pizza was ready they said itwas coming out of the oven. It actually was sitting on the self already and sat there for 15 to 20 minutes. I don't normallypost reviews like this but everytime I go the service gets worse. I think there needs to be a manager on site because theemployees there care very little about their job. Make the drive to go somewhere else, it?ll take less time. This was awful. I came to get food for a date, I got like three... pizzas and he said ?it will be like 7 minutes is that ok? I said perfect. I then waited over an hour for our pizza. I tried toask the dude at register how long it would be a couple times and he straight up ignored me. I finally just asked for a refundbecause I had to leave and couldn?t wait any longer sense It had been an hour and I was super late now, and he said sorry mycomputers not turning on, I can?t help you. So I waited 10 more minutes and he gave me pizzas. When I got there, they weredoughy. We had to put them In the oven so they were edible. One of them was half the size of a normal pizza. Why do I continue to do this to myself? Everytime we come here its always a long wait. Thought I would outsmart the system and... order online this time. Well they still managed to make me wait 30minutes in the parking lot after giving them an hour andwaiting for them to text me that my order was ready. I feel like they were doing better but the last 2 times there the pizza has been overcooked or burnt. We picked up pizza at... 11:10 so you would think it would be pretty fresh but I wouldn?t be surprised if this stayed in the warmers all night and I?meating last nights pizza. Ordered a pepperoni cheeser cheeser, and a order of cheese bread on Saturday night. The last time we pre-ordered we waited at... least 45 longer than what they said. This time the cheese bread was great, but the pizza hit a new low. I?m pretty sure theyforgot the sauce, and was also skimpy on the toppings. I ordered a pizza half cheese and half pepperoni, they took that to heart and gave me NO CHEESE ON THE PEPPERONI SIDE. WHO DOES... THAT?! They still had the audacity to charge me me 8 dollars for it too. The regular pizza is only 5. I never thought I wouldhave to be that specific. Every other place I've ordered a pizza like that I've gotten cheese on the pepperoni side. This is theONLY place this has happened. I miss the old GM. Be better. Read more
