I wish I could give negative stars. First off McDonald's Kiosk ordering system is awful! If you go into any McDonald?s now it... takes 20 to 30 minutes to get your food. Tonight I made the massive mistake of going into the lobby which was not very crowdedat the time ordered my food and waited 54 minutes before abandoning my $24 and leaving empty-handed. The kiosk was out of paperso I had no receipt. The person putting the food out for people to take didn?t know the order numbers associated with the food.And would run back behind the little opening without answering questions. They would throw bags on the counter and then thecustomers with rifle through the bags trying to figure out who?s order was who?s. One poor lady said she had been eating almost80 minutes for her order and when it came it was all wrong (probably because it wasn?t her order) Sadly every time I?ve goneinto a McDonald?s whit thus HORRIBLE kiosk system it?s a fail. They litterally have one cashier station that is nevermanned. Never again. Chick-fil-A and In-N-Out are way better found and way faster. Sell your stock in McDonalds now!!! Read more
This McDonald?s is not the best. Usually a long wait through drive through, and the food quality is lower than other locations.... They burnt my chicken sandwich on my most recent visit. Read more
Kiosk use was required even though they only partially worked. When we tried to ask about our order and tell them it wasn't... working the young pink haired gal working and 2 others blatant ignored use until I finally walked back into the kitchen area atwhich time she only said you can't be back here and walk past me. Soon a young dark haired kid asked of he could help us andprocessed our order. We've never been treated like this ever and obviously thus restaurant in Payson UT has some seriousmanagement/ staff issues. Definitely would not recommend going to this one. Read more
As we got their and ordered everything was fine until we get to the fountain drink machine they had signs on two of them saying... they were out but as we went to try and get coke it was out and it didn?t have a sign saying it was out when i went and asked tosee if the coke was out they just said yeah and didn?t bother to put up a sign that it was out the. We tried to get somethingelse and it was out too like the whole machine was out and as a plus the machine didn?t even have ice in it so we basically gotlarge drinks for nothing im really disappointed Read more
Me and my husband are deaf, we went through the drive thru, showed the order we wanted on my phone , but when we got to the... other window they started handing out stuff that I never ask and look at the receipt and realize they put drinks and burgersthat I never ask for, I was holding the line so I ask if we can go inside and to figure out what went wrong, when I got insideI ask how did I get stuff I didn?t ask for, and showed the order that was on my phone to show the difference, she never answeredback and eventually walk away. I ordered 10 piece chicken nuggets and only got 8, the fries were cold. Read more
Fairly average McDonald's. 5/5 service, 4/5 wait time, 3/5 cleanliness. Drive through is usually busy, but ordering inside to go... is normally very fast. Read more
It would be super awesome if you guys would realize that the reason people use door dash is so they don?t have to run down... there. Every time we order your food we are short several items and have to run down to pick them up. Credit isn?t good enoughbecause someone isn?t getting their food. It hasn?t just been once or twice. Their chicken food products are usually burnt, and my fries are cold when they get here. Even though my dashers always take less... than ten minutes to get to my house. My sibling ordered from dooordash, and had missing items, half a large fry(only filled halfway), and it was cold as well. Definitely try other places if you're looking for good quality food for the best price. Read more
