UPDATE: This place is wonderful! Last timei was there they must have had an off day because their food was on point today! I got... the Chicago beef sandwich again and the bun was perfectly toasted, meat was juicy and tender, had wonderfully seasoned au jus,the giardiniera was so good and it was piled on the sandwich! I\'m posting pictures of today\'s visit as well and I\'m changingmy review from 3 stars to 5!\n\nI got a Chicago beef sandwich with provolone added and let\'s just say it wasn\'t what Iexpected. I love Chicago beef sandwiches, they are known for their healthy portion of giardiniera, and the au jus that is soakedinto the bread. The sandwich I received tonight was very dry. Had amazing flavor when I got a taste of giardiniera, and it wasserved with no au jus. I\'m going back because there was potential, maybe they had an off night, and the beef was seasoned sogood. We just found a gem right off Utah Avenue and 100 West. Wayman, the owner is such a nice guy. He explained to us a little bit... about the history of the Italian Chicago Beef and how people in Chicago normally eat it. By the way, the sandwich itself wasoutstanding and he suggested to eat it with jalapeños. The Au jus sauce was kinda addictive as well. My wife got a Queen Cristoand it was delicious and she also recommend it. We will definitely return. Read more
