Taco bell always has taco bell food and it's what you expect. Working there is a whole nother story. There's only two managers... that don't act like children, they talk about other employees in a bad manner with them present or not they don't care. It'svery dramatic and if they don't like you they will scream at you. And it's strange that the management that has kids hasabsolutely no patience to train certain individuals but will talk kindly and calmly to those they favor. Slow as could be. What I thought would a be a quick drop in a grab food, took 25 minutes to get my single box meal. Drive thru... was moving cars faster than they were giving food to guests waiting on the inside, which I have never seen before. Seamed veryunderstaffed which is weird for a Saturday morning you would think that is prime to have a fully staffed restaurant. Thinkingmaybe better management and staffing is needed. Foods as decent as any taco bell, but I go to these places for a quick meal andthis was just not the right place. Read more
They are great people at this location. They did great on they're customer service. My wife couldn't figure out what was going... on with our order and the lead on shift stood there and listen to her and helped her figure out what all was in her order and hemade sure that they made our last two tacos that came out to be the the ones we hadn't received yet was great at his customerservice and it was the best experience we received in sometime now. Drive through line was long and didn't move for 5-10 minutes. Went in, and ordered. Waited 20 minutes for my food. 2 guys making... food and loading bags. 2 drive-thru/cashiers, chatting and playing hacky sac with sauce packets and pen/receipt games. I couldhear other people in the back talking. Kitchen needed cleaning, food dropped on the floor and edges of the food prep area that Icould see, and no one cleaning up. (it is after 9 pm) 20 or so sauce packets and trash on the floor by the drive thru window.Employees too busy chatting to clean up. Not impressed. Read more
So I?ve been having fine experiences with them until today. I ordered a crunch wrap meal. The crunch wrap was thinner than a... quesadilla and my soda was gross (low syrup). The soda thing happens but I?m not sure how that thought this crunch wrap was okto put out. Read more
Me and my girl were starving and decided to go here. The chalupa was cold and stale and barely had any meat. It was all lettuce... and tomatoes. I made the joke that I ordered a salad haha. The rolled chicken tacos were super good, although they look nothinglike the advertisement. They looked like frozen taquitos. They were so so good tho. Everything else was fine, was justdisappointed about the chalupa :( Read more
