We stopped here on our way through town. Not the fastest service, but they were busy with the drive-thru. The lobby is cute,... clean, and welcoming. You can tell the owners care about this place! The food was good and the employees were accommodating. Read more
When we got home after going through their drive thru we realized we didn't get what we paid for. Missing items AND the black... bean chicken burrito, normally my favorite, was dry and tasteless and smaller than the bean and cheese burrito, thoughsignificantly higher in price. Why can't I start a new post on this page - do they not want to hear the truth? Here is my truth with this place and I really... don't like doing this, but I am so disgusted with Taco Time in Payson, Ut. I go back a couple of times a year {because I lovethe stuffed mexi fries) hoping they have straightened their issues out, but they never fail to show me I have wasted my time andmoney again. I don't know why I bother and won't do it again. Today I ordered a large stuffed mexi fry with an extra ranch, abean burrito and an iced tea. I get home and check my food (I know, I should have checked it before I left there). My 'stuffed'mexi fry was tator tots, I didn't get the extra ranch they charged me .46 for. I drive back over there, go inside and the youngman at the counter acts like it is my fault the guy took the order wrong. Then he charged me another $2 to correct the order. Itold him they should eat the $2 since I had to pay the gas to go home and back again. He completely ignored me. I found myburrito exploded in the wrapper when I got home the second time (I know I should have checked it the first time), there was moresauce in the bean burrito then there was beans and by time I got home again it was cold. We were surprised at just how much meat they put it their tacos here! Generous portions - so much better than the other taco... chain. The chicken was very flavorful on my tacos. Definitely a great quick bite stop. Clean restaurant with efficient service. Read more
Super super cold dining room and you definitely get less than you used to. Also bring back pico
