I ordered food through DoorDash. I placed the order at 5:30 I then received a notification around 6:30 from my dasher saying he... was at the store but they said my order wasn?t there at this point so I called the store and the lady who answered said my namewasn?t in the system so I gave her my order and she said they didn?t have it. She told me to come in and half way to the store Iget a notification that a new dasher was on the way when he arrived and gave me my food it was extremely cold and soggy I got myfood at 7:45, my food was there so either she lied or didn?t have a clue what she was doing either way I paid 40.00 for my foodthat was not worth it. Side note the store is only 20 minutes away from me I got my food two hours later I am not feeling wellso didn?t want to go in and get anyone sick. Read more

I ordered on their app. The driver did not ring the bell as instructed and the food got cold out on the front step. I open the... bag only to find I'm missing food from my order. I know the missing food wasn't the driver because it still had the seal intact.To make things even better I tried to contact them through the app and email and they are ignoring me. Read more

The drive-thru always takes forever when ordering food. If I go here I'll have to plan on at 10 to 15 minute wait in the... Drive-Thru even if there is only a couple of cars. Read more

This Wendy's is the BEST! The evening/night manager was generous and so helpful to us. Glad we stopped here.

Asked for Bacon Classic with 2 Pattie?s. Asked for a sandwich for my husband which they go right. I ended up with a single... burger with no bacon. I have had several orders wrong with them. Called manager and she will talk to the staff. She didn?t evensay she as sorry. Didn?t offer a credit for next visit? nothing. Very disappointing. Doubt I will go there again. Much better food than the other nearest location usually. My complaint is that their "Rewards" system had not worked for months... and the employees get really irritated if you ask about it. I usually chose to go out of my way to eat at Wendy's because ofpoints or "offers". I understand if the system is having some problems once in a while, but months?? Edit: Tried this locationagain. Customer service here is just awful it seems. Waited in line for what seemed like forever with one other family of about5. Mostly young kids. There were multiple bags of orders sitting on the back counter by the chili stuff and about 5 peoplewaiting for their orders. Other than that, there was only about 3 tables being used in the whole store. (The dining room wasfilled with flies and was very dirty.) Counter employee was ignoring us and chatting with another employee in the back most ofthe time we waited. I finally just got frustrated and took my family elsewhere. It was about 1:30pm. I get that it is hard tofill positions at restaurants, but I blame managers/owners for not training and overseeing operations. Let employees know whatis expected of them and then enforce it. There is no excuse for this terrible customer service and it really tarnishes thefranchise as a whole. Read more

They charged me for two french fries when I only ordered one. Then when I was waiting in the drive through the kid in the front... window was trying to get an in with the girls in the car in front of me. It added 5 mins to us waiting. Read more
