Yesterday I went from the drive-thru with my sister at this McDonald's and Pea Ridge. Took forever they didn't know what they... were doing. Finally got the order. Today went through there to pick up some coffee for my sister and her granddaughter. Both ofwhich are sick. Order two large black coffees and some sugar and cream on the side and a small hot water. Finally got the twolarge coffees both of which had cream in them. Explain to the little girl what I ordered and had her take the one back and bringme back a black coffee. And the hot water bad for me I didn't check. When my sister got them it's all about today the water wasice water no biggie she can nuke it. How to say I will not be using this McDonald's again. Really slow service. It takes forever for workers to acknowledge that your at the counter waiting to place an order. Two items... on the order were wrong. The food was cold and kinda stale. The wife said one of the employees went to the bathroom and didn'twash her hands. Definitely not a good experience at this location. Read more
Ok so I don't really like fast food but, when a big Mac comes calling I have to answer. People we're super cool. Took a while... but OMG burger was hot and fresh. It was super crowded and the crew handled their business, kept their cool. Good job everyoneat McDonald's! I appreciate you Read more
We arrived about 1:45 P.M., I went in and ordered 1 med. vanilla & one strawberry, had to repeat myself, twice. 3 people at the... register, Wyatt took my order, but he was pretty occupied helping the two girls with their register problem, all of thempunching buttons. He took over the register it was working, I gave him $20.00 bill, they didn't have enough change, so waitedand waited on that, then waited some more for shakes, then he made one a chocolate shake, had to redo it, shakes were so runnylike flavored milk just about. One girl left, Wyatt standing there for 5 or so minutes doing nothing. Until someone told him tomake my shakes, one girl left, the other doing absolutely in front of the counter instead of behind, for what reason whoknows. You have so much help, and not much getting done. It took me at least 20 minutes to get two shakes, which takes about 3minutes at the most to make. You need an adult manager to run your counter properly. I also think.$8.00 is dang expensive for 2cups of runny ice cream. The prices you charge a person should at least get good peoduct. I would say it's hit and miss. Closer to 3.5 stars. But the staff is always friendly, they just seem short staffed. There is... usually a wait. However that seems typical most places these days. That said sometimes the food is lukewarm. But I grew up onand still love an occasional big Mac or chicken nuggets (which must be shared with the doggos). Plus $1 for a large tea makes mysouthern heart happy. Read more
This McDonald's used to be great.. but now it's horrible! EVERY TIME WE GO THROUGH HERE THEY MESS UP OUR ORDER!!! THE... FEMALEMANAGER IS VERY SNOTTY! After waiting in line for our food as usual I asked for a hot mustard which I understand theycharge for now but she said she would not sell it to me because it was policy that if I wanted to buy sauce I would have to goall the way back through the line to order it and then pay her...the pic shows the way my chicken sandwich was just thrown inthe box and the double burger was supposed to be plain...meat and bread only!! Always fresh hot food, very efficient and highly courteous friendly staff. If the drive thru has too many cars I just park and... go inside and it is usually quick. I just love their trailer truck billboard. Read more
