Ordered 2 ft long chili coneys 2 drinks and large onion rings and small cheddar peppers. The entire order was cold! I live 4... blocks away so they didn?t get cold coming home and again no one answers the phone. Onions inside the rings were cold andbatter was hard as a rock. We came there 6:18-22; around 8:30pm; we made our order online & waited 45 minutes for food; I pressed the red button to make... sure our online order was received; because in the past; we have sat there for over 30 minutes & the order never was received;despite the screen saying food was on its way. So this time she told me they were busy; she could see my order; they were backedup with orders; so after waiting almost 1 hour; she said they were short staffed & 4 people called in; I did not get all myfood on my order; pressed the button let her know what was missing; 1 person walked out to ask me what was missing; not even 5minutes later another person walks out asks the same thing; I give her my receipt this time; waited another 30mins on food Ipaid for; this is fast food; never in my life; should anyone wait that long to get their food they have paid for; I even gavethe 2nd girl a $5 tip to hurry & get the missing food; I was starving!!! The girl walks by my car 10 minutes before I left &tells me they are working on it; I left after being there for over 1 hour; theres absolutely no reason for this type of service& this is not the 1st time this has happened to us; it is the 3rd time, waiting 1hour+ for our food;; I cannot recommend thislocation; service here has always been atrocious. So I left; paying for food; we never received. What is wrong with thislocation; why has it always been this awful; the owners obviously cannot keep employees or decent management. Honestly out of the sonics I've been through this one in particular was alot faster and alot more friendly than most staff was... quick with the order felt like it took about 10 minutes top they were quick recommend the drive to this one before the others Read more
We had a late dinner on 4/20/22 and decided to go to Sonic in Pea Ridge. We ordered chicken dinners, the car hop brought it out... immediately, I asked her if they were fresh because it was so quickly delivered, she was very polite and asked if we wouldlike fresh, I told her yes please and we did not care to wait. When another lady brought the fresh order out she was veryshort with me and informed me to ask for fresh next time I ordered.
