I have been going to subway in Pea Ridge for a long time and it was always great when Billie Gean worked there. I have been... there several times since and every time I get horrible service food made wrong and attitude from people young enough to be mychild. Tonight I went there to get the same 3 subs I always get and they were all made wrong typing were pulled up in themiddle of the bread there was enough sauce on them to drown a child and then the sandwiches were not cut properly because of theway the toppings were. When I asked the girl ( ERICA) to fix them I was told no they?re fine the way they are I can fix them athome. She charged me for extra cheese for all 3 sandwiches when only one has extra cheese on it. She shoved them in a bag &ripped it and smashed the flat bread Chicken sandwich. Threatened to throw me out of the store because I told her customerservice skills were horrible and when I told her I can?t wait to get in contact with the manager she bragged that it was hergrandmother like I was supposed to be scared or something. As I was trying to pay for the food she instead of placing thenapkins in the bag she flicked them across the counter at me like I was one of her friends she could play with ( I?m not). Was enjoying my sandwich until a large black carpenter ant crawled out of the spinach. When I asked the subway employees about... it they informed me that their spinach comes pre-washed in the bags. So either that was a lie or they have an ant problem. Read more
Food wise, same as any other subway. But I love the service here. Even when busy, they take the time to meet your needs
If you're gonna order online do not expect your order to be correct. It really is a waste of time and a disappointment. This... crew needs to have you standing in front of them telling them every sine step to ensure they make your order correctly. Such anannoyance. Read more
Worst customer service I have ever seen at a subway location. Let alone the fact of not being able to ever make a sandwich... properly. And refusing to complete online or app orders for set time. Multiple times have had rotten lettuce and tomatoes on mysandwiches. This location is just not worth anyones time or money. Read more
