I am considered a "regular "here. Mostly, because I have frequented this establishment for their SUPERB luncheon specials! I... have gotten to know the owner, "Joe" (his American name) and his lovely wife, they are omni-present, as they,TRULY, care abouttheir customers. The kitchen is immaculate. As a contractor I have performed several small jobs in the kitchen and canpersonally attest to this fact. BTW: The food is AMAZING! My favorite lunch special is shrimp w/lobster sauce, garlic noodlesand chicken fingers. Always, prepared fresh and with large fresh shrimp! Go there you WON'T be disappointed! Their fried rice is arguably the best among local Chinese food places. They have all of the typical "Chinese restaurant"... staples, nearly all of which are quite good. They have a Thai Basil Chicken dish that's quite delicious (I tend to go light onthe sauce), their Paid thai is key, and their Singapore Noodles are amazing, especially when ordered "extra spicy" (it's notreally much more spicy). It's a great restaurant, especially for the price. The service is nigh-impeccable, especially with thestaff there on weekends.
