Husband and I ordered lunch specials that included salad with his sandwich, soup for me. He got his salad, I did not. He was... done when I tracked down the waitress in the bar for my salad just as he got his sandwich. Soup arrived before he was done buthad to sit there while I finished. Granted she was very busy but timing was way off common sense. Of course, if a customerorders the all-you-can eat soup and salad combo and you don't serve them, what a savings! Just left beetuccis with a “Verde” pizza and got home and they didn’t put cheese on half of my pizza, there’s no arugula... or balsamic drizzle. I was charged $17 for a pizza that didn’t even come how it was supposed to! Read more
SEPT2022: 4?: I would recommend this restaurant and this location. I was traveling with my family from a sightseeing trip and my... spouse saw Bertuccis and we decided to stop, sit down, and have dinner. We were offered a seat in the bar area at one of thehigh booths. I noticed that there were at least two large groups in the restaurant during our visit. I noticed that the seatswere kind of dusty and kind of dirty at the back of them. As we entered the building, my spouse went to the restroom. I wipedthe seats down so she would have a clean seat when she came back. The hostess sat my family down in this area, but there wereonly place settings for two. There was some bread along with some olive oil with herbs on the table. Still, not enough placesettings yet. The server noticed the water on the table and cleaned it just before our entrees arrived after serving our drinks.This error went unchecked by the server until we asked for an additional set of silverware and napkins. We received the twopizzas but not the third entree until 5 or 6 minutes later. The third entree came out hot and ready to eat. Each of our dishestasted great and well prepared. The meal selections were 5? for us. I believe the kitchen was on point for our visit. The teammovement of entrees to the tables works for your team. When the servers came out to drop off the first two items, they were allfriendly and seemed competent. I did add extra crushed red pepper and Parmesan cheese to my dish, I like the spicy and cheeseycombination... LoL Our server was not as attentive as he could have been during this meal. It appeared he had several otherduties as well as serving our table. We waited for water. We waited for the to-go boxes. We waited for the check. Every time Iobserved our server, he had a handful of dishes on his hands, so he was working harder for the restaurant, not really us. We stopped in Bertucci's because we got bumped off the last flight to our destination due to travel delays, and it was right... next to our comped hotel from the airlines. What a happy accident! The portions were big, the food was very good, and ourwaitress was very kind and attentive to five tired, grumpy, and hungry travelers. I don't know if we will ever be back in thatarea, but if we were we would certainly go back. Read more
The bread was cold and hard. The mozzarella frittatas were not hot, not cold either but, were ok. Our lasagna... i guess we were... expecting more. It wasn't even hot. You know how you go to other places and the food is actually hot, even the plate?!. Nothere. We order a kids pizza for my son and well, it was ok (he said Domino's is better and i don't blame him). Saturday Oct. 22nd 2022. I and a group of friends made a 4pm reservation at Peabody Bertuccis. SERVICE WAS SLOW &... UNINVITING! Sat 10-15 minutes before seeing waitress to order 1st Drinks. 15-20 minutes later Drinks arrive. Waitressdisappears. ONLY ONE WAITRESS to handle my group of 16 people. Please note, most tables were empty, so one would think servicewould have been better. With that said 20 minutes after just a few drinks were delivered, waitress returns to take orders. I wasone of the First 3 orders taken. Keep in mind we arrived at 4pm With Reservations . Our orders arrived at the table at 5:15. Oh,EXCEPT THE FIRST THREE ORDERS! Now the waitress finally realizes that three people are not eating . "Oh I'm sorry she said, yourorders will just be a couple minutes! 18 minutes later, they finally arrive. You would think she would have apologized andadmitted she lost our orders rather than say, "your orders will just be a couple minutes". Now that my order arrived, (chickenPicata), the chicken was over cooked , had the consistency of cardboard. The chef most likely doesn't know how to cook, ormicrowaved the chicken. It was "smothered" with capers. The dish was terrible ! Aside from the dinner fiasco the waitressreturns and asks if we would like drinks. Of course I was one of 5 drinks (a beer) that she yet again did not bring. Anotheroversite! When she realized 10 minutes later that she didn't bring my drink, she said that the bartender was tapping a new kegand " It would be just a couple of minutes". Lol. At this point , I said just to forget about it.
