Dirty dirty dirty. We had to clean our own table. They have 6-7 employees working behind the counter working hard but had a 30... minute wait for white rice. The brown rice was a bit under cooked. The one guy rolling the burrito used his apron to wipe hishands since he made a mess. Gross. They had no veggies (the best part), no mild salsa and no chips (the second best part). Made 3 trips in a month, 2 of the trips they closed early at prime dinner time (6:30pm) and tonight was the third time in a... month something went wrong. Walked in to an online ordering sign. Tried calling before going to avoid being closed or the onlineordering cause in the past 6 months, you find these more than walk-in service. You can?t talk to a person, it?s all automated,so after calling and getting an automated machine with no way to get an actual person, I arrived after work only to walk back tomy car and do online ordering ( no counter service.) Which isn?t the worst thing, but here is the problem: online orderingtime doesn?t match the pick up time! The app said 10 to 15 and it was over 30 mins. This isn?t the first time!! The last time Idid online ordering I waited 45 mins! If you?re not having walk in service no excuse for ticket times to be this long. Turn offonline ordering if the volume of people are to high, not the other way around! Like every other restaurant does that I?veordered from. With 25 years of management experience, I?m embarrassed for who ever is in charge of this location; they clearlycan?t handle the volume of people and corporate clearly doesn?t give a care cause things stay broken for months. How does aplace not have ice in the soda machine for over 2 months? Go to Spitfire Taco in Salem. They are actually open when they saythey are! Great food and way cheaper than chipotle!! This place is a nightmare. Every time I come to eat here *something* is wrong. Staffing issues this, no ice that, card or exact... change only. How is this place even still in business? Staff doesn?t really seem to care about the issues, and clearly neitherdoes management considering it?s been like this for almost a year now. Not to mention there?s no way to speak to anyone on thephone; an unhelpful bot answers, and it makes it hard to trust this place at all. First place for worst experience. The past 2 months this chipotle has gone downhill. Shame because it?s located in a mall which should drive business but... everytime I come here it?s empty probably because people have also realized it is awful. Service is terrible! Today the personmaking the food in the assembly line has AirPods in! I had to keep repeating myself over to her. Like hello! Take yourheadphones out!!! Not to mention.. the person at the cashier didn?t know how to work the system which caused a jam at the line.No napkins and when I asked for some the guy at the cashier said you?re going to have to wait.. with a rude tone. I had to grabthe people making the to go order to help me. How do the napkins run out? Go re stock them! Also all the tables were dirty. Ihate coming to this chipotle. Read more

Don?t waste your time and money. The last five times I?ve taken my family there, they were out of many things. Today when I... walked up to the door, there were 2 pieces of paper taped to the door saying what they were out of. There must have been 20items listen on there. I was really hungry so I went in anyway and pretty much the only thing I could get was a steak burritowith pinto beans and white rice. When I asked for double steak, the girl literally pretended to make a second scoop of steak butput nothing on there. I thought maybe she didn?t hear me so I said to myself, ?well at least I won?t get charged?, but sureenough I did. $18 for a burrito missing a lot of the things that I wanted on it. I?ll also mention the drink and napkin stationis NEVER stocked. I don?t know what the issue is with this place but they need to get a district manager in there to overhaulthe place or something, but no matter what, that?s my last time going in there. Read more

Welcome to the worst chipotle in the state of Massachusetts. I love Chipotle and it is pretty rare that I have something... negative to say about it, but half a dozen trips to this location have now cemented my opinion of it. The staff at this locationare awful...They constantly get your order wrong, the location is always messy, and on more than one occasion I have witnessedthe staff arguing and cursing at one another in front of customers...It is also common if not guaranteed for this location to beOUT or lacking ingredients. Every visit so far and they have been out of at least one of the following: Steak, Chicken, MildSalsa, Chips (basically always out of this...6 trips here I think they had chips one time?) and other variouscondiments/toppings. They also always skimp on whatever meat you get...my last trip they were out of steak and mild salsa and Iended up getting a chicken bowl with 85% rice, beans, lettuce, 5% cheese, and 5% steak for $12.00.... Good luck complainingabout your order too. Your complaint will be met with blatant rudeness and attitude. Chipotle aint cheap, so to have a locationthat is constantly lacking in ingredients, skimping on your order and/or screwing all the while arguing with themselves in theback, is very disappointing.
