Been to this location multiple times. And everytime the coffee is either bitter or just not made right! Always asked for a large... regular coffee. I also go to the other location in Wakefield and I NEVER have this problem there. And I noticed the employees inpeabody don't wear masks or gloves when working with money or food.. why is that?? Was in the breakfast mood and didn't want dunks or wait for bagel world so chose Honey Dew and my english muffin breakfast... sandwich was great and enjoyed my iced coffee. Friendly ladies and fast service. Read more
The Eggnog Iced Latte was not good way too much cream and had no hint of Eggnog, my husband's regular iced coffee had way too... much cream with no sugar and the Boston cream donuts were stale. We usually have always had great experiences at this Honey Dewbut not today. Not sure if they had new staff on. Read more
Great coffee! Delicious breakfast sandwiches, donuts and pastries! You can sit down and watch what ever game is playing on the... TV's! Or you can even read on of the books or newspapers they have! The employees are very nice, and they will engage in aconversation with you, and make you feel at home! Definitely my goto place to get coffee and breakfast sandwiches! Read more
Was doubled charged. Called and they said to come back. Annoying, but fine. Showed the girl my bank statement, apparently that... was not enough. She asks me to log into my account to make sure they didn?t refund me! Lady if they refunded me I wouldn?t behere. She proceeded to scroll through my statement!!! Totally inappropriate! No apology. Just a terrible additude, asked formanager was told no one was in. Asked for name of manager was told she ?didn?t need to tell me? absolutely disgusting customerservice. Read more
