I have been a consistent customer for about three years. Food is great. Coffee is decent. Usually, a 45-60 min wait time for... delivery, but it is a town away, so it is understandable. My last grubhub order was a wrong order. Grubhub driver blamedPerfecto's. Perfecto's blamed grubhub driver. When I called Perfecto's it turned into a debate. This place is just in general very poor. I want to be clear that I won?t even purchase coffee here anymore, I literally go next... door to dunkin for it. Operations is sad considering their prices. If you?re going to charge $4 and change for a bagel withcream cheese you BETTER get the order right? which occurs close to NEVER at this place. I only use it as a last resort when Iwant a bagel and don?t want to deal with the Bagel World lines. If your workers cared about getting orders correct like they dotheir makeup you might have a fighting chance. Read more
Amazing spot! After Bagel World was too crowded, we were headed to Dunks? but we saw Perfecto?s on the way and thank god we did.... SO quick, even with a long line, huge selection of creative bagel and coffee flavors. People were super friendly while alsobeing efficient. I got a French Toast bagel and it smelled and tasted like a piece of French Toast. My partner was very happywith his order too. We ate at the outdoor tables. I noticed on the bag that you can also order ahead via text! There?s also adrivethru at this location. Definitely our new breakfast/ brunch/anytime spot. Read more
The food and coffee was perfecto. The lady working the drive thru? Not so much! Sheesh, what a meanie. She yelled at my sister... for asking for ?scoops on her bagel? (for the record I don?t know what that means either) but cmon man, be polite! Perfectos,you gotta figure it out with your customer service! Read more
Went thru the drive thru, order two breakfast sandwiches on bagels with ham and cheese and ice coffee. Cold ham, untoasted... bagels and and of course not melted cheese. Sorry lost the perfect in Perfecto Read more
Stopped by for a breakfast sandwich and coffee. I got a bacon & egg on English which was excellent. The hot coffee was a... breakfast blend which was delicious. It could have been a 5 star review but the coffee cup was 3/4 full ! For Goodness sake -fill the cup ! I?ll be back to try again Read more
I am a frequent flyer of Perfecto's in Peabody as I work literally 1 minute away. I fell in love with the banana flavor coffees... and get them often. I've gotten a few sandwiches that are good, the bagels are awesome. It is a tad over priced, but it's worthit to not go to dunkin. But today.. I ordered the mac and cheese that's priced just under $5 for a "cup"... I expected a halfdecent cup of creamy mac and cheese.. what I got was not that. I received a cup of soupy, watery, mushy, cheese flavored "slop",for all intent and purpose. You could see water on top.. the fact that the employees served this rather than saying "we're out,do you want something else" is what really gets me.. so go for the banana coffee, DEFINETLY not the mac and cheese.
