One star due to rude staff every time I come here. I am not coming back anymore. I am always given an attitude when I go to this... Qdoba and so is the rest of my family. Not to mention all of the other bad reviews stating that the staff are also disrespectfuland rude to others. I wish something would be done about it! Read more
So I decided to try Qdoba for the first time because my sons' wanted burritos and this restaurant was the closest. We got in and... the place was not busy at all. So I took a minute to read the menu options and then went to order. So I asked if they do mediumburritos. The answer was No. I asked if they have a smaller size tortilla and the answer was No. Then I asked if they couldsplit the burrito in half. The answer to that was No. Then they pointed to the small selection of kid friendly menu options. Ireluctantly ordered a chicken and steak burrito and some drinks. I was able to split the chicken burrito for my kids with ease.And we enjoyed the burritos. The reason for my 2 stars is for the "No" answers that I received from the employees without themoffering an alternative. What kind of training did these employees receive? I am paying for the service and I don't think I wasasking for too much. How rigid can these employees be? It's not that hard to think outside the box and offer good service. Nowonder I was the only one there with kids. Probably if they can have smaller burritos parents would bring their kids here. Itwill be a while before I come back. Management train your employees. Great food at a great price and speedy service. Love this Qdoba on Andover Street, great location and right next to ?nothing but... bundts? cake restaurant which is also delicious! Highly recommend the Salad options here!! Read more
Extremely disappointing as they had what appeared to be a full stock of chips but would only sell them for online orders. We... happen to have highly customized orders that can?t be placed on the app so the app is useless for us. Why would you only providechips for online orders? Read more
