We were staying next door at the hotel and were starving and haven?t been to a sonic in forever and we were so excited to get to... eat there..however we didn?t get to order all of the stuff we wanted which would have been a lot more, because the lady takingour order at the window was extremely pushy and wouldn?t give us a chance to get more food, and just kept saying anything elsebefore we could even get out what we wanted it was so annoying! She said it at least 50 times while we ordered, like we wereinconveniencing her time! My family felt so rushed and got nothing we wanted!!! So I?m sure you?ll know who I?m talking about!Could you please tell her to stop with the ? anything else? just let people finish I?m pretty sure customers will tell you whentheir done!!!! Read more
The food is good. The drinks are good. The desserts are good. The service is HORRIBLE!! I do not remember the last time that I... went and they got our order right. Today, I asked for no ketchup and no BBQ sauce. Instead I wanted honey mustard. What did Iget? An HANDFUL of ketchup packages and 3 BBQ sauces. Did I get the honey mustard? NOPE!! It?s always something like that! It?sso frustrating. I?ve called the store and complained. I?ve even called corporate and NOTHING has happened. UGH! It?s sooofrustrating! The pickle fries are good, as far as fast food goes. If you use the app, you get 1/2 price drinks, which is nice. I recommend... the real fruit strawberry slush and add in lemon. Use the app to add *extra* lemon and it's very tasty. The only thing that'sreally dicey about this place right now is that the women's bathroom *does not lock.* There is a tiny sign on the door sayingit's broken and to knock before entering - but it's right by the handle, tiny, and the paper is kind of curled up so it's noteasy to notice or read. Someone walked in on me while I was washing my hands and they were super embarrassed. It would have beenworse if it happened while I was actually on the toilet. So...hopefully that gets fixed soon. Subpar like most Sonics. One of the stalls was broken when trying to order food but nothing was labeled on the machine. However,... we went to another stall and it was good to go. The location of this Sonic isn't very good. Very average and somewhat belowaverage fast food. The lemonade slush has way too much sugar where you can feel the grains. The blue raspberry slush is as goodas always though. Employees here were very loud with one another in front of the customers almost as if they were arguing. Read more
We tried Sonic for the first time and it was good. Nothing too exciting but good! Service was kind and beyond fast...like super... duper fast. A lot like Wendy's to us but with mozzy sticks. A great experience nonetheless. Tip: ask for a spoon with your shakeor good luck sucking ???? Read more
