I went for a light lunch and a beer in the summer of 2022 with a friend. We asked to share an order of beef dip with fries and... they were kind enough to split it onto two plates without us even asking. Amazing service and atmosphere plus the food is sogood! What a great experience. The waitresses was friendly and attentive. The food was amazing. The outdoor patio has the most... amazing views of the Okanagan lake. The cleanliness of the outdoor sitting area needs some attention. No one wants to see bigold spider webs filled with leaves and junk. Read more
Awful SERVICE! We asked and waited for our dirty plates to be cleared?.when she (Chanelle) came to the table we asked for the... bill and did not clear our dishes ?she was more interested in talking too her friends at the bar and after 20 minutes waitingfor the bill my wife finally went up to the bartender too pay?it was not busy. Just AWFUL service?.Guess what chanelle?you got?zero? tip ?.continue having fun with your friends and continue NOT doing your job?you will make negative tips! Honest Review I was exploring the neighbouring town of PeachLand and decided to stop in for some lunch, met some really nice... locals sitting by the window. For lunch I ordered the special of the day which was a Szechuan chicken wrap and a soup on theside. It wasn?t that busy given it was a Tuesday and I still waited a long while for the food, when it did arrive I wasdisappointed with the wrap I found it overly saucy (watery sauce) and the chicken tasted artificial. The soup was good. Customerservice was pretty good and the location is great right in front of the lake. Pub and waitress were great. One of my go to meals is a cup of soup and then burger with fries. They didnt have a cup just a... bowl. But I went for it because it was chicken rice chipotle. Got the soup and the "bowl" of soup was smaller than the cup ofsoup I got last night at Mickeys in Kelowna. No wonder they dont offer a cup of soup here! Chicken chipotle? It was hard to findany chicken but there sure was LOTS of corn and celery. The burger was pretty good other than it had way too much mayo. I openedthe burger, all the mayo was in one big blob. We thought we'd have a pleasant lunch enjoying the view ,however it didn't turn out that way. We sat down outsider waited a... long time for a menu. Got coffee that was cold, when fresh coffee was brought, we asked for more sugar & ended up getting itourselves before coffee got cold. Finally more sugar came & she dropped beer, spilling it on my partner, very apologetic, buther comment to the table next to us, was unusual (spilt his beer but could lick it off his pants) Waiting a long time for ourmeal when we noticed that people that came in after us got their food, when we asked our waitress, she stated "To be honest,they lost your order" so we decided to leave, we were hungry & decided to go home & make something quick to eat (being aPeachland resident). We offered to pay for the cup of coffee, but she said we owed nothing so we left, not angry, just tired ofwaiting. As we left a man came up to us, didn't know who he was, ask what happened, we explained briefly, but he was persistent, so we asked if he was the owner which he said he was & wanted to pay for our meal.
