Worst service fathomable. Waited 20 minutes for drink order & only went down hill from there. Empty cups without refills,... missing items acknowledged after everyone else finished eating bc nobody checked on us, no attempt to clear the table withplates stacked high as we waited for dessert. To enter my Chilis rewards info, the bartender grabbed my phone & walked away withit to an area I could not see. This cannot be Chilis policy?? Only to arrive home to realize I was overcharged to boot. Iunderstand short staff but I don?t understand eyerolls & bad attitudes as a response to unsatisfied guests (many!) Leadershipsets the pace for the restaurant. The way the Jesus interacted with customers left me in amazement that he was the GM of thestore. Although it fully explained why Kelsey the bartender, as well as surrounding servers, and the hostess, all seemed unfazedto have a house full of unhappy customers with no desire to explain or improve our experience . The experience wasn't pleasant due to being under staffed, but our server made sure our food was out in a timely matter as well... as our margaritas. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because the server didn't come back to refill drinks or give us take homecontainers, my husband went and got them for us. The food is delicious ????! Read more

My wife n i went here on a saturday night and i expected it to be packed but it was about half full, which was a pleasant... surprise.. it's not really visible from the street as the sign is not where you'd expect.. anyway, the food and service weregreat. We had the southwestern eggrolls and the chicken/shrimp/steak combo with rice... it arrived sizzling hot.. and oh, i hada frozen margarita and it was only $4 :) we will definitely come back! The last 3 times I have been there has been an issue. This time my lettuce was brown. The time before was over cooked hamburger... with not much flavor. I had asked for some more pickles to help with flavor and was charged $.60 for 3 pickles. If I didn'talready have a gift card with money left I would not go back. I get being short on personal but when you are paying these kindof prices you expect it to taste good. Read more

We left here went to Mexican restaurant we know the are consistent with their drinks. The waiter we had actlike he didn?t want to be there. If you don?t want to work. Please stay home. We went for lunch for two, Saturday morning and did get in with no wait. Server came quickly and got appetizer and drink... order; brought and got food order; thought took longer than it should since not many people in the restaurant, but once arrivedthe Caesar salad with shrimp and the Chicken ancho quesadillas were good. ## we came back 2/10/2022 and waited at foyer for 5minutes and no one to greet us, service bad. Half the dining room was open at 4 PM.. ## do not come to this location- we waitedat early afternoon time with no wait with no one at door greeting. Ridiculous. We left. My server was great. Manager lousy, she didn?t too much care about our dissatisfaction of her food. I order the Tex Mex trios... every time I go. Instead of steak today, we received ground beef. They tried to say ?they forgot to do something to the steak tomake it taste a certain way.? What steak are you making back there that needs something else done to it other than seasoning itand putting it on the grill? It?s okay to own up to you all gave me ground beef instead of steak. This was probably our worst visit to Chili's ever. Our server was nice but hardly checked on us. I ordered Avocado and got this... measly amount. I get that they just make Kraft Macaroni and Cheese but they could have made it better than that. That's how itwould look if my 9 year old made it.
