Never have I been treated so rudely and been treated with such disrespect. Our waitress Hannah G was extremely rude to us from... the moment she walked up to our table. Our party all were made to feel like it was a burden for this facility to serve us. Verydisappointed. In regard to your reply, your servers were arguing about seating us and being rude before anyone got sick. It wasOUR mistake for not walking out then. The one little boy had been on antibiotics for an ear infection which as you know cansometimes upset a child’s stomach. We would have never entered the establishment with sick, contagious children. The otherlittle boy had been fine until he got up to tell his mother he wasn’t feeling well. The children had no symptoms that wouldhave indicated that they would have become ill in your establishment. We finished our food and left promptly once the secondchild got sick. We did not linger in your establishment, which was practically empty. My review was based on the server’srudeness and the unprofessionalism they showed which seems to not be uncommon. Read more

Our family of 4 came to eat and had the brunch buffet before noon Aug 2022. Most of the food bins were nearly empty. We had to... wait along with other customers for food to be replenished. We had to ask several times and most items were never filled again.Our waitress was very friendly and assured us that it would be corrected but it never happened. It appeared that there was not amanager on duty. We left just after another customer came in with a large non service dog sniffing at tables. It was our lasttrip to Crosstown Grill. Read more
Good place to eat. Usually no waiting. Fish and chips are good but they should put a classic French Dip Sandwich on their menu.... It would be a big seller. And/or a Philly Cheesesteak sandwich. Also a good seller! Read more
Love this place! Best thing is they have Smithwicks on tap. Secondly the food is great. I especially like the bacon bourbon... chicken - it’s my usual go to. The meatloaf is great as well. I’m very surprised by the less than stellar reviews I see. I’ve never had a bad experience and have been coming here for years. I do notice it’s not as busy lately. Read more
Good, as long as you don't consider the school cafeteria food. Yeah, my burger and fries were good. My wife's steak medallions... were good but not great, she said. But my kid's pizza was straight off the lunch food line at a school, I mean, wow, is thatreally the best they could do. If I was served that it would've gone back, so it's not ok for a kid either. But we needed to goquick so we just let it go, I don't think he was too happy but he did eat it ok. It was one of those pizzas with the sillylittle pepperoni squares, you know like on a frozen pizza. Yeah, idk what they are thinking. The beer list was good, but whenthe first thing I ordered was out, she then told me about the other 3 IPAs that were also out, so it sounds like they have a lotless than it would appear. Idk. I guess I'd go back and try again, but then again maybe not. I do really like that they use theMaguire's mustard on the pretzel, that's good stuff and benefits them with an extra star. Paid for the $20 Thanksgiving takeout meal today and couldn’t be more disappointed. My friend picked it up for me because... I’m at home recovering from Covid. They advertised all of these items that were included but only gave her a medium sizesingle compartment container to put everything in. When she asked for a separate container for the dessert, she was told shewould have to pay full price again for another container. So I have a container of mush all drooled together. Smellsnauseating. I should have taken a picture before I started trying to separate the stuff. The 2nd picture is supposed to be peachcobbler. If they think that is, they need a new cook. My price was not reduced, I had a Senior order and paid full Senior price. Read more
