I got a hot matcha latte today. I usually get a large but there is alway so much missing from the cup that this time I got a... medium hoping it would be full. As you can see from the images, I was wrong. What am I paying for? How is it okay to hand acustomer half a drink they paid full price for? Laziest rudest people I have come across in a long time. Nothing posted but 1 customer inside and 2 "employees" behind the... counter staring at me outside the door. Finally the customer comes over, unlocks the door to tell me they only do drivethrough. Read more
This place is horrible. I arrived at 10am today. The girls saw me waiting to place an order yet took their time to come help. ... I asked for a latte and a breakfast sandwich. The girl tells me the kitchen is closed because they are short staffed, then theman behind me orders from a different girl and gets a breakfast sandwich prepared. What??? Many minutes later I get my donutsand latte. Ridiculous wait time. Then in comes a man with food for the kitchen. He puts on what looks like a manager's shirt. I walk up to the front to be greeted again by the same sad girl. I ask for the snackin' bacon. I pointed to the menu and thisgirl who loves to say no said "we don't have that here". This is the worst "dining" experience I have had in the Atlanta areasince moving here in 2015. If it weren't for meeting a friend who already had her coffee and was waiting for me, I would'veleft. This place doesn't deserve one star! If I wanted customer service this bad, I would've stayed in Memphis! Read more
I'm giving 5 stars for the employee. The young man, JuJuan was working alone. Yet, he was patient and understanding while... changing and serving my order. I went back again, this time the young Lady working was just as thoughtful. Kudos you two. Read more
Absolutely laughable service. I pulled up with only two cars in line ahead of me and waited 10 minutes to just order and then I... waited another 15 minutes in line before I just left. I?ve heard several problems in the past with them getting my order wrong.Also if you look into the drive thru window it always looks filthy inside. This location really needs management to look intomake some serious changes. Read more
If I could give zero stars, I would. My family and I ordered several items, doughnuts, breakfast sandwiches, etc. The employees... decided to only make half of our order. After 20 minutes and after asking twice what the status was, they gave us 2 ice coldsandwiches. There was barely even an attempt to heat them after taking the ingredients out of the cooler. The pre-made eggs hada very strong cleaning chemical smell and taste, we immediately became nauseous after a bite or two. When I brought this issueto the employees the only response we got was "that's weird". The dining room was filthy and every single table was covered inleftover food. This location should be shut down and thoroughly inspected by the health department. Needless to say, we will notbe returning to this location and will not be purchasing anything from Dunkin in the future. In addition to the unsanitaryconditions, chemical tainted food, the service was some of the worst I have ever experienced. Avoid this location at allcosts!!!! Read more
The lady didn't even ask if I wanted cream and sugar due to they always ask. And when I went back to get my coffees fixed, the... same girl gives me attitude and dirty looks. Another lady fixes my coffees but still giving me attitude and sarcasm when askingif it was enough. When I didn't give any looks or attitude or even a different change of tone.
