I haven?t been to flying biscuit in a while and I decided to go there for breakfast with my husband. The restaurant was very... busy and it was a thirty-five minute wait for a party of two. I didn?t mind the wait. If a restaurant is busy then they?re doingsomething right. I ordered the ?oh my grits? bowl. It?s a grit bowl that is customizable. My bowl consisted of shrimp, bacon, scrambled eggs, mushrooms, spinach, tomatoes, & cheddar cheese. This was the best grit bowl I?ve ever had. Everything was cookedto perfection. The biscuits are always amazing. I love that a complimentary biscuit comes with every meal. The facility seemedclean and organized which I love. Read more

Me and my two girlfriends went to the spot on a Saturday afternoon because we were starving. We were out shopping but we had to... stop and eat and thought about this place. I have been in Atlanta 16 years I had never been to Flying Biscuit although I knewabout it. It was busy as I expected it to be which made me believe that the food was good. We had to wait for a table but thatwas fine we went over to Dollar tree across the parking lot and shopped. They actually paged us before the time frame that theygave us. We sat down immediately had mimosas. So good. The food took a minute to come out but when it did, we smashed it! I hadbacon, sausage, potatoes, grits, stuffed French toast and a biscuit. The potatoes and the grits oh my word. The grits were socreamy and not lumpy. It's hard to find a restaurant that can make good grits. We were so full afterwards. This was a hit forme. Read more

I was mislead by Google, but after a phone call to the restaurant, I was back on track. It's at McDuff parkway. I came to have... a good meal of biscuits and gravy and I was not disappointed. I felt like Paul Hollywood tasting the bake quality and flavor. It was excellent! I tried the biscuit alone, then with the honey butter, and then the gravy. A superior biscuit! The quality ofsausage was very good and it was what I would eat at home. Nitrate free ???????? The area has a lot of parking and a wheelchairentrance and ADA compliant bathroom for those in need. Highchairs and a bar to eat at for those who want that. I am short (5'3"and the stools at the bar were higher than I like, at 60 years) I appreciate the decor, friendly owner and helpful staff. If Iwere staying in Peachtree, I'd apply for a job there. Thank you Peachtree for a great meal and helpful staff. Read more

The food here is so so good. Very few places do hash browns/home fries/potatoes right (imo) but the ones here were amazing.... Flavor just bursts in your mouth with each one. Hubs got the pancake tacos with chorizo which he said were good though nexttime he'll stick to traditional tias since the pancakes made him too full. Great flavor though! I had the GA peach waffle comboand omg it was amazing. I normally add a ton of butter to my waffles as they tend to be dry and I don't use syrup as I find ittoo sweet, so imagine my surprise when this waffle was Goldilocks style just right. I didn't need to add anything to this babyand it just melted in my mouth. Wasn't too sweet and the peaches (which I assume are frozen like most places) were somehowactually warm inside while not being overly smooshie. Most frozen fruit tends to get soggy when warmed or still be coldish soidk how they did this but we will definitely be coming to try more menu items. The chicken sausage were fantastic, wouldn't evenknow they were chicken without being told. I'm not a super egg person and even the eggs were good. We went around 1pm on aWednesday so it was pretty quiet. Nice atmosphere and great service but haven't seen it on a busy day or different staff. Wewill definitely come back for more! Read more
