I went here for lunch on the way home. I was dining alone. There was no hostess to seat customers. There was a waitress... talking to other customers who were already seated. They were already eating so she was just having a conversation with them. She saw me waiting to be seated. I stood there for 3-5 min even though she saw me. A large group came in shortly after me. Whenshe saw them she rushed over and told them she'd be right with them. She then seated me basically so she could hurry back tothem. My waitress was cordial with me but was all smiles with other patrons. So I just didnt have a pleasant experience at thislocation. Read more
This is the best Ihop restaurant that we have even been to. The keep it immaculately clean, the food is excellent and the... service is wonderful! I love how clean the restaurant was when I got there and the amazing decor. The tables were clean and the server that I had... provided service very quickly. There was no wait time!!! Once we placed our order, it felt like within the next 10-15 minutes Ihad my food. I decided to build an omelet with spinach, bacon, hash browns, and American cheese. Also, I decided to orderblueberry pancakes. The food was very good! No complaints at all. The fluffiness and buttermilk taste of the pancakes along withthe syrup was supreme. The omelet was amazing. We went here on Thursday and there was a sign in the door that there was a a water issue. I was backing out to go to another... location when the manager came out removed the sign and waved at us. The water problem was fixed however he had limited staffingbut would be glad to let us in. Then the crowd started coming and I watched him apologize before letting anyone in gave them theoptions to stay he had 2 cooks that was great and a manager to serve you with another employee that?s fine with me. Our foodarrived faster than I expect I saw other guests getting their food as well no one was complaining. I am and was very impressedwith the manager and the other employee and the patrons as well we all understand stuff happens beyond your control howevergreat customer service is how we react to the disruption. My husband and love going here for breakfast. The manager, waitresses, chefs, and all the staff do their best to make your visit... pleasant. If they get your order wrong they waste no time correcting it. The food is good and hot. Read more
