Ordered delivery through the jersey mikes app. Ended up showing ?delivered?, but never arrived. :/ (via DoorDash) I called the... store and the wonderful manager, Danielle, remade the order and delivered it. The sandwiches were also made very well. This wasnight and day compared to earlier experiences at this location. Thankful for the new management and owners! Had the very best experience when I went to this location today!!! Firstly I was greeted by very loud and happy welcomes and big... smiles!! I told them I needed just a few minutes and they happily waited patiently for me. Once I chose my sandwiches they askedme the different questions and also asked me about my day and the manager even complimented my shirt (a rainbow shirt with handsholding)!! They put my sandwiches together very nice and didn?t just throw it all together like other locations you could tellthey take their time!! I put in my shore number and we talked about how long I had been a member, I?m just moving to the area soI?ll definitely be back to this certain location!! This Jersey Mike's struggles with providing "Jersey Mike's" expected quality meals. We've been several times and our order is... either wrong or lacking every time. Yesterday, we saw several customers frustrated and commenting about the poor experience. The dressing of the tub is sloppy and substandard. The hot sandwich was not dressed as requested and not prepared as requested. Even though the Sharpsburg store is 20 minutes further, we will venture to that store in the future. It's not worth thedisappointing experience every time at this store. For what it's worth, we provided feedback to corporate on a previous visitand no response was provided. Given that, we feel this store has an ownership issue which trickles to employee training. Theemployees are working hard and trying, but without proper training, they are missing the customer satisfaction mark. Read more
Danielle the manager was so nice! She made me and my friends subs with a great attitude even though we walked in 10mins before... closing! The bathrooms and store was very clean and the food was amazing and fresh! We definitely come back to this location! Read more
