Walked into store at 2pm on a Tuesday wanting to buy a cookie/cake. Employee said that ?we have no cookie cakes & we?re done for... the day.? Can I order & pick up later? ?No, we?re done; no more baking today.? Very flippant attitude; seemed to care less. Poorcustomer service! My boyfriend wanted to surprise me with my favorite sugar cookie cake. He ordered in advanced with the request of no chocolate... on the cake" I am allergic " . He goes to pick up the cake and it was covered in chocolate. When he told them of their mistakethey said they could scrape off the chocolate.
