Walked into store at 2pm on a Tuesday wanting to buy a cookie/cake. Employee said that ?we have no cookie cakes & we?re done for... the day.? Can I order & pick up later? ?No, we?re done; no more baking today.? Very flippant attitude; seemed to care less. Poorcustomer service! My boyfriend wanted to surprise me with my favorite sugar cookie cake. He ordered in advanced with the request of no chocolate... on the cake" I am allergic " . He goes to pick up the cake and it was covered in chocolate. When he told them of their mistakethey said they could scrape off the chocolate. We ordered a big cake for a birthday celebration and we were highly disappointed in what we got. The icing on the cookie cake... was not proportional to the size of the cake and was not what we ordered. I was embarrassed to even put the cake out at ourgathering. When we complained all we got told is ?we are sorry? and that ?the decorator is not here?. The customer service washorrible!!! When I asked for a manager to speak to about the issue, the employee hesitated. I ordered 30-chocolate chip cookies for my daughters birthday to share with her classmates. Something very simple. I got to the... store not only was it not ready, but no one knew that the order even existed. I got very lucky that they luckily had made afresh batch of cookies an hour or so ago. The manager was more than willing to quickly get them ready for me. My daughter waswith me that evening when we went to pick it up. She was very sad. I even knew the names of the Individual who I spoke with. Wehave enough things happening that has limited on what we can and Can't celebrate due to the pandemic. I respect that totally.For me, my daughters birthday was very important specifically, when I called and spoke to someone and placed my order the daybefore.. the three stars are only for the Manager.. thanks to him, my daughter was able to enjoy the cookie with herclassmates...
