I love Marco?s It?s by far the best pizza place to order from every time I go Courtney greets me with a warm smile in the best... customer service, My food is always ready at the time that it states it would be, I have made a decision to only go to Marco?sto get my pizza because of Courtney not sure what her job title is but she should definitely be a manager! This has been a life-changing experience at Marco?s pizza. Never have I tasted a pizza as elegant as the one prepared by the... goddess(which is an understatement) Courtney. When My hunger felt unquenchable, Courtney not only delivered-she satisfied alifetime long hunger that had been bubbling within me since birth-that I had learned to subdue sadly. However, the moment sheplaced it on my table, I got up, just to fall to my knees in honor of what had been placed in front of me. In hindsight, I swearI heard angels and trumpets from heaven above as I enveloped my first slice. My tongue started to glow, and I haven?t beenhungry since. If my stomach ever hungers for more so-called ?food,? I would only look toward Marco, but more specifically theGODDESS Courtney. I love Marcos better then most let me start by saying that. However, your store never puts anything on the crust even when it is... requested. Every time I have ordered online you dont put anything on the crust! Even happened when i went to pick the dam thingup. Today took the cake cause i asked for it to be well done and as per the photo the center wasn?t even fully cooked or melted.When I call to tell you the problem you tell you are busy today. I absolutely understand that yet i tell you i want a refund forthe pizza and or a credit and you tell me you cant do that. Also that you don?t know what to tell me cause your managers are soobusy that they cant come to the phone!!! You guys need to step up your customer service game, cause if i ever said that to mycustomers or didn?t get something done properly best believe my manager would have some words for me and be upset cause thecustomers finished product was sold undercooked or wrong for that matter. Usually have had no complaints about Marcos but this past Thursday our pizza arrived so soggy the bottom of the box... was sagging. The pizza had to be eaten with forks and the left overs(who doesn't like cold pizza?) pulled cardboard up too. Idid notice there was no liner paper in the box. Will continue to order from the PTC shop; just wanted to let someone know. Read more
