I am only giving three stars because of the morning shift always being nice and helpful when I go. Afternoon shift is the worst... and rudest from my experience and after my last visit with the rude employee shoving my food out the window without a singleword and slamming it, I will go out of my way to the other location after breakfast hours. My five year old loved his happy meal and the teenager enjoyed his sweet tea. I didn't care for my cheeseburger but since the... little didn't complain it was probably just me outgrowing this greasy joint ???? Had a very friendly fellow on the speaker thatwas happy to help me add cheese to the happy meal burger since the app didn't have the option. Can't ask for more than thatthese days! Read more
I wish that I could give them zero stars! Yesterday my son and I order breakfast via McDonald's mobile app. When we arrived at... the drive thru window, our breakfast orders were cancelled. There was attitude from the cashier. We reordered breakfast from thecashier window. There was some confusion but we thought everything was straighten out. When we arrived at the pickup window,there was more confusion about my two sandwiches and one order of hash browns. Unfortunately, I didn't open my Egg Muffinsandwich before leaving. The sandwich was inedible because the English muffin was burnt inside and out. The sandwich should havebeen thrown away instead of serving to any guest. Very dirty inside, some had dragged a leaking garbage bag all across the dining room... Wet spots everywhere. Tables sticky with... ketchup and Coke. Service was good, food was good. But just too filthy inside. Read more
No photos to share. Because what you order. It's either never in stock, buns hard, they just ran out, they no longer carry the... item, and the most famous one...the machine is broken. Employees are awesome! However, this place should be shut down,immediately. They can't provide what they're advertising anyway. So just close already. Read more
the lady that took my order was nice and the guy at the pick up window was also nice. the only problem was that it was obvious... they reused a caramel frappe and just put it in a new cup. you could even see the whip cream that was previously on the otherone on the side of it. as someone who works in a fast food place too, it really doesn?t take long to remake these. it?sdifferent if they were busy but there were barely any cars. i heard a lady in the back complaining too and i didn?t get any ofmy sauces that i asked to get beforehand and they gave me only 2 napkins. the food wasn?t even warm. honestly, just do better.the only reason i?m giving two stars is because the old hispanic man was very nice but you really can?t expect too much ofmcdonald?s. it?s obvious that customer service isn?t for everyone from seeing how some of the workers here act. Slow service, order was wrong 3 times, employees were just standing around while I waited for my correct order. Ordered sausage... egg and cheese biscuit, it was hard. Coffee was bitter. This is not a well maintained restaurant, the interior looks old, theexterior needs a clean up, the kids play area is very weathered and the playground cover is falling in.
