told me it was going to be delivered in 20 minutes. an hour later, i call , no answer. then i check my bank account to see a... reversal payment. at least give the customer a call to let them know their order is cancelled. if i could give them a 0 star Iwould. totally unprofessional. Read more

It?s the small things, literally and figuratively. Asked for cheese cups instead of garlic, plainly typed in the app. Nope, not... a one. Sooo, called and asked for a manager, hold for a minute, explained concern then asked to hold again. 4-5 minutes in hecame back and advised me it wasn?t noted anywhere and I could pay for the cups and be put in the delivery lineup, less thedelivery fee. 80 minutes for order. Told him no thanks. After dinner drove there and gave him back a box that read on theirsticker, ?All cheese sauce, no garlic please?. He asked if I wanted them now, tossed him the box and said I?m good. Pizza wasmostly hot and tasted as it should. Be better Papa John?s, just be better. Read more

ANSWER YOUR PHONES!!! I?ve been on hold for 20 minutes trying to cancel my order. It has said my pizza is 68 minutes to make. It... should never take that long! Of course it doesn?t tell me how long it will take to make until I place the order. This place isshady and will not answer their phones. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I will NEVER order a pizza from Papa Johns again. I could make my own and deliver it out of the county in less time than it... takes this store to deliver a pizza down the street. It?s the second time (benefit of the doubt) I?ve dealt with ordering whatturned out to be a phantom pizza. Ridiculous! Don?t bother ordering a pizza from this Popa Johns. Less than one star!
