I wish I could give zero stars. I arrived at this location at 9:20pm on Tuesday, November 8th and the lights were on in the... store but the door was locked and the store was closed even though online and on their door it states they are open till 10pm. Idrove 35 minutes to the store and prior to arriving I did try calling a couple times but the phone was not working. This ishighly unacceptable and very unprofessional. This is very upsetting because I wasted a good amount of gas and money traveling toa restaurant that was supposed to be open!!! In addition to this, no sign was on the door stating why they were closed so earlyand again they didn?t answer the phone prior to my arrival. I just saw an employee leave the store with no explanation. Also, when I called the store prior to my arrival the phone didn?t even ring. An automated message came on that said ?this person hasa voice mailbox that has not been set up yet?. I will be contacting corporate. Read more

I eat here often because it?s incredibly close to my work (as well as on my route home after work) and because I like the fresh,... healthy (ish) ingredients. The food is always tasty, but they do get it wrong often (missing items, etc). They are also oftendirty and out of certain sodas, etc. I always order online, and the order is hardly ever ready on time?I typically wait untilafter the high end time range provided when I place my order, and it?s still not ready most of the time. The staff isunbelievably rude and/or just plain uncaring. I?m never acknowledged when I walk in. It seems they go out of their way toignore you to avoid addressing any potential issue. I?ve stood at the register for extensive times before and staff refuses tomake eye contact or ask what I need. When they finally do, they seem to make excuses for why they can?t fix their error andseem agitated that I would expect them to get my order correct or that I would ask to get the missing items for which I paid.Today I ordered a large soda with my order ($2.10). When I arrived, they were out of the only soda I drink (or just refused tochange out the syrup). After waiting and being ignored, what I assumed to be a manager finally looked at me agitated as if Iwas an inconvenience to her. I asked if they were out of the drink I preferred. She said she guessed so. I asked for a refundand she sighed and told me to wait. After an additional 5 minutes, she finally walks to the register with no conversation atall. I noticed on the menu that a bottle of water was $2.00 (10 cent less expensive than what I ordered). I asked if I couldjust swap it out for a bottle of water rather than bother with the refund. She rudely told me bottled water was more expensivewhen their menu clearly indicated otherwise. I pointed out the facts on the menu, and she again sighed and rudely shived abottle of water in my direction?.again never saying a word of apology for my inconvenience and unnecessary wa Read more

Finally found the tunnel to get here on the golf cart! Service was quick! Enjoyed the quesadilla and guacamole included! Good... customization options for every meal. The bathrooms were horrible. Opens pretty late on a weekday (11am) so the second time wecame here it was too early. Will come back another time. Nice change from the usual Moes/Chipotle. Read more

I just came from the Qdoba in Peachtree City and it?s awful. It?s not even noon and the bathroom was filthy, overflowing trash... can with a filthy exterior, looked like nobody ever wipes it down, empty towel dispenser, toilet full of toilet paper. I had toflush it before I could use it. Really disgusting. I told the cashier and he kind of shrugged. Oh, well. The food ishorrible. The ?3 Street Tacos? corn tortillas are so cold they just crumble when I try to pick them up right now. The meat andveg are all ice cold. I?ve cold, like they just came out of the walk-in. It?s just awful. The staff prepares the food withoutgloves or masks and handle money at the same time. I couldn?t get out of there fast enough. I just hope I don?t get foodpoisoning. I think I?m going to just throw this garbage out. Boo. Worst restaurant in PTC. I can?t post without giving atleast one star so, against my will, there?s one star for you. Yuck! Read more
