Where do I even begin this place is terrible!!! They take the three piece wing meal combo off the menu. They only offer a... three-piece snack which means you have to buy everything else your side à la cart so I ordered the three piece stupid snackthat comes with a biscuit and a side of mashed potatoes and was charged $8.88! No drink included! This is absolutely ridiculousthey never have extra crispy chicken only original they just need to close KFC it is horrible?they?re just as bad asPopeyes?I?ll fry my own chicken at home! Read more
This place is an absolute joke. One time we tried to go here for a quick Taco Bell order. We pulled up to the drive thru only... for there to be no one taking orders. We knew the place was open, we saw someone talking to a driver at the window, but afterwaiting for 3 minutes, no one came on the speaker to take our order. Another time and definitely the last time we went, theperson at the window was talking so loud that the speaker was crackling, and we couldn?t understand what she was saying. Aftergoing back and forth trying to understand her, we just ended up leaving without food again. Just close this location already.It?s just a blight on the community at this point. Read more
Just picked up a 12 piece family meal from this location. I should have checked the reviews before I did, worst KFC I have ever... had. The mashed potatoes and mac/cheese were both cold...I'm not talking lukewarm, they were COLD! The biscuits were barelywarm. The mac and cheese tasted like it had chemicals added to it, didn't taste like KFC mac and cheese is supposed to. On topof that. I asked for crispy and got original recipe. The girl at the window was friendly but that is the only good thing I cansay about my visit or the food. The manager/owner of this place needs to do some serious soul searching. As an Owner andManager, you also need some training on how to hire people who know the process of making sure the food you are serving is theway it should be...edible. I place a order at the drive thru after I paid for the order I was told to pull up in a parking spot it was downhill from... there.I waited patiently. 15 minutes later I saw a worker come out to the end of the building and go back inside. I parked wherethe employee told me to park. The drive- thru was backed up. I finally went inside also waiting.The manager asked had my orderbeen taken?( I said yes at the drive thru) She said talk louder I can't hear you? For one the music was blasted! I repeatedmyself asked for a refund. The manager then asked what did I order?( I told her) She then asked for a receipt which I never got.She also said its not ready because one person fix kfc and the other one fix tacos( I said no worries can I please get arefund) at that moment a worker comes and says the order is still sitting over by the drive thru window I didn't see you. Shesaid oh there it go. ( I said its okay mam can I please get a refund) The manager I cant take that back after its been sittingover there. ( I asked again can I get a refund) Total wait time from the drive- thru until I left 35 minutes. The lady in thegreen shirt going back and forth was not an example of good customer service The gentlemen that gave the refund was morepleasant than the manager was ,The tone of voice and pointing was so not necessary. The manager was basically ignoring myrequest for a refund. Not even considering it could've well been my lunch break was over or anything. I've been getting out morevisiting places in search of good service not just in fine dining but fast food as well. Should of saw the red flag when I saw the long line thru. Decided to go inside instead and STILL had to wait entirely too long... for food. Plus they had no fountain drinks available. The only drink they had available was sweet tea and it tasted absolutelyhorrible. Do yourself a favor and find another location. Me and my boyfriend usually do not have any problems at this location but the customer service for us today was just truly... unacceptable. We paid for our meal and was told to go park in one of the parking spots because they were still making our food.We waited, and waited, and waited. No one came out. A truck driver went in, grabbed their food, and came out in a matter ofminutes. We were still waiting. My boyfriend went and grabbed our food. They had it sitting talking about they thought we pulledoff. The lady should have said to them that we were waiting in the parking lot. Too busy dancing around and laughing and goofingoff while we trying to get our food. Unprofessional and the worst customer service i have ever experienced. Then to top all thatoff, my famous bowl barely had any chicken. Mostly gravy was all i tasted. Disappointing as we never had issues at thislocation. I placed the order via the website, arrived minutes later and even then I had to wait, in addition to the wait when we got home... our chickens were soaked in oil and some parts were burnt. The fries followed the same way and were finally wilted.Disappointing! Read more
Not sure why they invested in remodeling instead of hiring and getting the store together. They never have a drive through open.... They had no wings, chicken tenders nor mash potatoes. Told the young man I was going to leave a bad review and instead of givingme a refund just walked away. When he finally came back I asked what was going to happen and he said you said you was leaving abad review. So instead of offering me something else or a refund just didn?t care.
