Why does this establishment constantly run out of salt? Is it that hard to order some extra or take some petty cash out and go... to the grocery store which is right across the street to get some Morton's salt? The grits are constantly the lumpy, my cheesedidn't even melt looks like me know that the temperature wasn't right. Horrible customer service, taking 5 minutes just to get a$1.37 refund. I have wasted 10 minutes here I am late for work. Where is the manager when yoi need one? Incompetence at it'sfinest. Oh and by the way this is like literally the third time this has happened. Came here to fix my Krystal craving, order some crystals off the grill and they were so hot and fresh. The bun was so soft and... steam to perfection it was absolutely delicious and amazing. I do not cook on Fridays so this will be my new dinner spot for meand the kids. I figure once a week isn't bad or once every two weeks...lol Read more
It's late at night, you are working across virtual time zones and still have a couple hours of reports and email backlogs to... plow through. Think of all the components of the food pyramid you can tackle in just one Cheese Krystal with extra onions (butof course you will not just order one). I always use the drive through here. They are very quick with order taking. Sometimes the store being open is hit or miss but if... you during meal times is pretty much guaranteed. Seems to be under new manager and more consistent these days. Read more
The restaurant is way overdue for renovation as it looks very old inside. Their health inspection score is an 89, which isn't... good but given the age if the store, isn't surprising either. The staff was the best part. They were friendly and even broughtmy order to my table. The food was good. Read more
I hate to say it but I doubt I will ever eat anything from any Krystal again after eating here. The lady working the drive... through window shouldn?t be working there. I?ve never seen anyone as careless and rude handling someone?s food. She ripped mymoney out of my hand then handed me my drink sideways letting it pretty much just roll out of her hand I barely caught it. Thenpretty much just slung my bag towards my hand. Why? Came to this Krystal location at 9:50pm from the other Krystal location on Holcomb bridge. There seems to be some sort of... ?boycott? or whatever? None of these Krystal locations stay open the hours that are listed. Every employee I?ve seen insidethese locations, stare at you as if you have no business being there. What?s really good Krystal? Update 6-4-22: So I decidedto give this Krystal location another shot and boy oh boy what regret I have! My boyfriend and I went to Krystal at 9:30am toget some quick breakfast before a road trip, we wanted their original breakfast scramble, they?re out of grits. Then we decidedto order the country fried steak biscuit, they?re out of white gravy but we ordered it anyway. That should?ve been my cue tojust drive off but we got the biscuits anyway. About 20 minutes on the highway, I opened the wrapper, the biscuits were burnt onboth sides. I told myself to hell with it and gave the top of the biscuit to the fur babies (they enjoyed it since it wascrunchy) and I added strawberry jam to the top of the steak to eat it with one side of the biscuit. Man oh man when I took abite out of this steak?.THE MEAT WAS SPOILED!!!! I threw up on my steering wheel and had to pull over!! You wouldn?t notice ituntil you bit into the steak! I?m truly over Krystal and it?s entire franchise. This has been ridiculous. All of their staff ateach and every restaurant are just horrible. I really should sue. Read more
There?s not a lot of expectations for fast foods places which is why I keep my standards low on the rare occasions I do go and... grab something quick. But I must say this particular Krystals is different. The service is excellent and my food has always beenhot and fresh. I?ve visited at 10am and 10pm and the service is still the same. The worker?s customer service skills is quiteexceptional, food is correct and hot. Read more
