There is no excuse for the customer service provided. I called them to cancel my order, as the tracker said the pizza would be... delivered in TWO HOURS and I would've rather ordered elsewhere, but the person who answered the phone promised it would arrivein no more than thirty minutes. After 40 minutes passed, I called again to attempt to cancel, but as soon as I said my name theperson told me that it should be on its way. It has now been over an hour and my kids are hungry. At the very least, I SHOULDNOT HAVE BEEN LIED TO. I just wanted to cancel my order, but was instead constantly told that it would be coming and now it hasyet to arrive and my calls to the restaurant aren't being answered. This used to be my go-to pizza place in the neighborhood, but they are incredibly short staffed and overclocked. Don't bother... ordering delivery from here. If you order carry-out, make sure you have an hour until you actually want the pizza. Heck, justforget the whole thing and order from Dagwood's across the street. They are much faster and local. I placed and order to be delivered and papa johns apparently hires doordash to deliver. The doordash driver had the nerve to... deliver me my order without my pizza but just garlic knots and then pretended it was a LARGE pizza. When asked he walked aroundthe answer and then said to call Papa johns. I call them and they say that the driver picked it up. I asked for a refund becausenot only did I get half of my order but the garlic knots were so burnt. They told me in order to get a refund I needed to calldoordash and now they’re telling me I have to contact Papa johns. Ridiculous! Read more
I ordered a pizza at 6:15 and was told it would be delivered in 37 minutes. 2 hours later I’m still waiting. I tried to call... and cancel the order and they left me on hold. I will never order from here again. Read more
Excellent quality and terrific service, even with them being so short staffed, they always get it right. Please be patient with... the crew, especially drivers, they are really trying their best but its hard to stay afloat when you don't have the manpower tooperate smoothly. Read more
I would not recommend this location. I called to place an order at 5:40 PM. The person taking the call said it would be 45 min... delivery time (I do not think the person taking this call was in the United States). After almost 1.5 hours I called thelocation, and they said that the delivery expectation was incorrect, that it would be a 2 hour delivery time. They said myorder was going out the door. At approx 8:20 PM I called to check, and the manager said the driver had a mix up, but theywould send ASAP. I cancelled the order. Why did no one notify me about this? Or offer a discount for the lack of service ontheir end? I will never call Papa John’s again. Read more
I've never seen a more screwed up restaurant. Lost orders, wrong orders, wait times far in excess of quoted time. Avoid this... location like the plague. Read more
