Customer service is awful, they don't clean their utensils, and I watched an employee take an order inside wrote an order down... from Drive- thru in between making waffle cone, touching them with her hands. No gloves clothes were dirty and I just was overit when she wiped her hands on her clothes. Read more
The store hours are listed opened until 9pm. But this is the second time we have stopped by on a 3 month period and the lobby is... closed at 8pm only drive thru if opened. The attendant on the drive thru cannot understand what you say and she is hard tounderstand as well. We placed an order for our three usual items. Service is TERRIBLE. You would think they actually have to milk the cow and make the ice cream that?s how long you wait just to... order and the doesn?t include the time it takes to actually pay and receive your order.
