Horrible experience today at lunch! I am not one to leave reviews- very rarely! In drive thru line for over 40 minutes (of... course my lunch break is over by now ) finally get to the window and what a rude rude lady! I spoke "hey how are you?" Nope sheturned her head from me walked to help someone else at the counter, which is fine but at least say "I will be with you in onemoment" took her about 10 minutes to get their order then she gets rolled change together takes it to the register at the windowand SLOWLY unwraps each one ! She was doing this on purpose. My order is right there - right there and she wouldn't get it. She finally takes my card never said how much it was I just had my card out and she took it which is fine because I am so latefrom getting back to work. I said I had a tea she said (finally spoke) sweet ? In a rude way of course! I said half n halfplease. She gets it to me I say thank you and have a nice day she literally turned her head and walked away! If you are thatmiserable at work Go the heck home! I have never ever in my life and trust me I'm NOT A KAREN! I usually go on about mybusiness and just chuck it up to someone is having a bad day but this was just horrible! Read more
I come to this location often and never have issues. Everything almost taste as it should. Wait time is normally pretty good and... the staff has never given me any issues. Mostly I come here for the number 1 which is the big fish sandwich combo. Read more
I went thru Drive Thru to pick up something to eat before The Graduation Ceremony @ Clyde's Muse Center. I ordered the Catfish &... Shrimp Dinner. I Receive One piece of Fish that was less than six inches long/less than 2 inches wide and half cooked to Boot,There was only 5 Shrimp and Very Salty and over cooked, The one side of Cole Slaw was very Dry with Hardly any mayo on it And Ihad Requested Cocktail Sauce but got Tarter Sauce, I Ordered half Cut Ice Tea But Received Very Sweet Tea. I wasn't able to eatit until after the Ceremony on My 2 hour Trip Home So There was No Way I was Going to Turn around and Drive back 50+ miles topersonally tell them How I Felt About Their $10.00 Meal that wasn't even worth $5.00 amount of Money! I Love other Captain D'sRestaurants that I've visited before And Ive Never had Any Trouble. Long wait in the drive through. I asked for malt vinegar and the worker said, "how do y'all eat that". Asked for sweet tea, she... said we don't have any. So when she finally gives me my change from 40.00 she dropped most of the coins and said damn as sheclosed the window. When I did finally get my food she laughed at me and said I put 1 pack of vinegar in your bag. Hahaha. Thefood was actually good and fresh. The manager definitely needs to address the customer service more with the employees! Read more
Dry over cooked fish. Sat in drive thru for 30mins.
Drove over 15 min to get here web sit said it closes at nine. Pull in three cars in parking lot but doors are locked at 8:00.... Called could see people working inside but no one would answer the phone three cars have pulled up to drive through and no onewe'll take any orders either.. No wonder why all the captain D's are closing down . It's a shame I really liked the food. Read more
The food was freshly cooked and still hot when I got home. The guy working the drive thru was nice.
