I went to get doughnuts at 5:30am to share with my coworkers and when I got to work and opened the box I could look at them and... tell they were old. Maybe a day or 2, then I ate one and sure thing....they were stiff. I couldn't even share with mycoworkers...it was kinda embarrassing. I called and the manager is refunding my money. This is a regular stop for my family when we do our road trips. Coffee is great, they have nitro cold brew on tap (something I... need for a long drive) food is wonderful (we?ve gotten donuts, avocado toast, and the bagel bites? all great snacks to hold usover until we stop for a meal), bathrooms are always clean, and the people are so friendly and a pleasure to be around! Me and my family come here every single Sunday and this morning my 1 year old woke up at 5 AM to I decided to go to my favorite... coffee place. As proceeding to place my order in the drive through speaker box the older lady kept saying hold on hold on aftereach item listed and I waited with patience and before ending the order she asked if that were all I would like I did ask her tochange one food item out to something else and then she told me to drive up to the window and then this young gentlemanproceeded to get onto me the paying customer whose just pulled up to pay them and he goes next time you need to know (exactlywhat you want) I thought it was so ugly of him and so ignorant and very disrespectful and did not give Dunkin? a good look Ithen said I?m sorry for switching my order while she said hold on and He kept getting onto me the entire time and he said to methey had to throw it away and I said well that?s not my fault that?s is dunkins policy to throw food away instead of feed theiremployees or the homeless which I told him is a shame and he kept blaming me for the food being thrown away had I known I wouldhave continued to get it but nobody informed me of that before but I definitely will not be back. Their favorite words to say are ?we don?t have that.? No chocolate covered creme filled, no apple juice, no french vanilla... creamer, etc. Once we finally got handed our order, we were handed one bag and got ?have a good day? completely missing 2 donuts(for context, we ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 donuts, so this was half our order) We explained this and they gave us our fullorder, but honestly?you can do a little better. The best Dunkin I have been to! Coffee was wonderful and they didn?t charge much for oat milk (50 cents).
It?s my 23rd minute in this drive-thru. Where is the management? What is happening here? I?ll update with more when I get to... the end of the building. Update: two sandwiches were fine, sourdough sandwich was actually *cold*. Like from the ?fridge.Looked like it would have been fine had it even been cooked. I used to consider Dunkin' donuts as a food option for my family but no longer will in the future unfortunately their customer... service sucks on top of the products that they are providing for us are not to quality unfortunately they misplace orders or donot get orders right nor do they give out receipts with orders that are improperly done I can only feel sorry for them in thefuture with the hassles they will have unless they can get it fixed!
