The girl in drive thru and the girl at the counter tried to tell me that I had only paid for one order thru my app even after... showing I paid for two and you could clearly see my paid order on the screen. Read more
First, my bf wanted to order the 20pc. chicken nugget but we were informed that it was not available anymore even though it took... up the whole bottom left of the menu screen. We decided on 2 10pc. meals. We were asked our choice of drink and sauce. We get tothe window and get our food. We checked to make sure everything was right and noticed our sauces were missing. I sat at thewindow waiting for someone to notice and when the girl did, she looked very annoyed. I asked for my sauce and she said it?d be27¢ per sauce. Why did she even ask me which sauce in the first place? Bc it comes with a sauce? I said nevermind and sherolled her eyes at me! This is the worse McDonalds in Mississippi. The fries were lukewarm and the burger was dry and tasteless and it was on a STALE... bun. The tea was good so it wasn't a total loss. Oh, in all fairness the cashier was alright, at least she didn't have a badattitude. Read more
The customer service at the drive-thru is very poor. Everyone has a bad, but to display it... when asking a question in order to... make sure that the order was right- is ridiculous. And this is bad for the good workers whom are working hard and trying toshow customer service & professionalism. Read more
