First, my bf wanted to order the 20pc. chicken nugget but we were informed that it was not available anymore even though it took... up the whole bottom left of the menu screen. We decided on 2 10pc. meals. We were asked our choice of drink and sauce. We get tothe window and get our food. We checked to make sure everything was right and noticed our sauces were missing. I sat at thewindow waiting for someone to notice and when the girl did, she looked very annoyed. I asked for my sauce and she said it?d be27¢ per sauce. Why did she even ask me which sauce in the first place? Bc it comes with a sauce? I said nevermind and sherolled her eyes at me! My advice: Don?t work in the public if you can?t be nice and do your job right!! Read more
This is the worse McDonalds in Mississippi. The fries were lukewarm and the burger was dry and tasteless and it was on a STALE... bun. The tea was good so it wasn't a total loss. Oh, in all fairness the cashier was alright, at least she didn't have a badattitude. Read more
The customer service at the drive-thru is very poor. Everyone has a bad, but to display it... when asking a question in order to... make sure that the order was right- is ridiculous. For two nights in a row, I have ordered chicken nuggets vi McDonalds app curbside. I had to wait a long, long time. I received... no normal receipt to do a survey last night. I?ve been waiting now about 25-30 minutes and nothing. When I try to call thephone number online, I get a fax like signal. Worst McDonald?s ever. The service is terrible. The staff is rude. The order was wrong. They are rude about it when we bring it... up to them. Our order took almost 15 minutes with a instore order where there were only two people. They were rude when askedfor condiments and denied us 3 ranches between four people but one person was given 6 condiment packets for one person. Theplace has clothing at an unattended table.
