I went through the drive thru and took a long time to order. Then after ordering my food I was asked to pull up away from the... window and wait. 6 to 7 cars pulled to the window and left with their food before they approached my truck. Last few times the service was terrible. This time I had to sit and wait to order even though no other customers were there. The... lady at the window shoved my food out to me and shut the window before I could even get the food in my car. Got the family mealand didn't get the sides. Just old chicken that had clearly been sitting all day and the cold biscuits. Worst experience hereever. This place has been declining for a while now. Don't waste your money here people. Read more
Our order was 3 piece spicy wing meals. We were told it would be less than 2 minutes for spicy wings When we arrived at the... window, there was only 1 spicy wing and 5 mild wings.
