We stopped by Ruby Tuesday?s in Pearl, MS for lunch today. It was our first time there. The building itself needs some major... updating. It smells very musty when you walk in. The smell almost made me not want to eat there, but so glad I didn?t let thatdeter us. My husband ordered the 12 oz ribeye and added grilled shrimp. For his sides, he ordered zucchini and broccoli. Hissteak was cooked medium rare just like he requested. I ordered an 8 oz sirloin(well done) with bourbon grilled chicken added. Mysides were also zucchini and broccoli. We both also got the salad bar. My steak came out medium-medium well, so I had to send itback several times to get it well done. However, everyone was so nice about it and had no problem fixing it for me. I must sayeven after it was well done my steak was still very moist and we left so full. Too full! Lol We really enjoyed our entire meal.The waitress told us the cook was also their GM. He came to our table when I asked for my steak to be cooked a little longer andwas just as nice as he could be. As far as the rating, I would give the interior of the building a 2-3, but would definitelygive the staff and food a high 4.5/5. Read more

Food not good,Philly steak looked like ground beef,no cheese. and Fried shrimp didn't look like shrimp.
Stop for dinner after the Elvis movie. One hour wait for seating. Very busy. Meal was tasty for both of us. Public area needs a... update to replace worn seating area. Restrooms need attention. No scotch from the bar! Read more
Ribs were decent, a little more fall off the bone than I prefer, but still good. The shrimp looked nothing like menu picture,... they really didn't even have a flavor to them. Didn't feel the meal was up to par for the price. Bartender was very nice &provided good service. I'd give them another try if back in the area, before just totally crossing them off my list. I feel Ruby Tuesday Restaurant doesn't get the recognition it deserves, I've always been a fan of the concept and the food menu ... choices, and let's not forget about the greatest salad bar ever! If you haven't taken the time to hit up a Ruby TuesdayRestaurant, you should give them a try. The pictures I included are of my Free and awesome Birthday Cheeseburger with a nicebig fresh baked potato with butter and sour cream, it was amazing!! No complaints here! UPDATE 3/01/22: Once again, a trulyGREAT experience food wise with quality and great tasting food along with the best customer service ever!! Everyone includingthe Manager was extremely great, helpful, and friendly. I ordered online and I made a mistake on my order and the manager DIDNOT have to honor my order as it was, but without hesitation and absolutely zero argument, the manager made good on my order andwas super fantastic and extremely professional. I absolutely highly recommend Ruby Tuesday Restaurant, this is a great place inmy opinion. I took a look at the fresh salad bar while I was there by the way, and I wanted to stay!! Looked amazing! Like I'vesaid before, I feel Ruby Tuesday Restaurant and it's staff definitely don't get the recognition that they truly deserve. Recently started going back to RT. Surprisingly food is good and service was not vad. Usually get carry out. Love the 2 for 1... coupons. Overall a good family place to dine and food is reasonable. Read more
